Spacious, good location--but basic

Overall nice stay, and spacious particularly for Paris (with 1 full bathroom, 1 shower room, and 1 WC, this was especially helpful for groups). The living area is fairly basic, and unfortunately the kitchen had an extremely strong smoke / mildew smell that made it very unappealing to spend even more than a few seconds in it. If on a budget, there is definitely value in staying in this property.

Girls trip

This property was the destination for an annual "girls" trip. We are 4 middle-aged women that were excited to stay at this beautiful property. I would like to have given it a higher rating, but we encountered significant issues with electrical failure and communication with management. Here is a list of the pros and cons: Pros: Location- close to metro stops, lots of restaurants and the fabulous bakery next door. Beds are extremely comfortable Decor is pretty and functional with enough room to comfortably sit 4 adults in the main sitting area and a dining table for 8. Fans and space heaters were provided in in each bedroom if needed Cons: Checking in is a hassle with keys being in a lockbox attached to a fence that is 3"off the sidewalk on a different street from the apartment. The video helped explain, but I think a different spot for keys, closer would make this a other process. It is not ideal to stand out in front of the apartment building on a busy street with lots of luggage trying to figure out where the keys are. The power failed at different times of the day for the first 4 days of our stay. Management responded and took are of it, but it was a huge inconvenience and stressful to deal with. The electrical needs updating in this particular apartment, as we could see other units in the building still had power. If the electrical panel gets updated and they keys were in a better location, I would highly recommend this apartment.

Paris Stay

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was roomy and big enough for our family trip. Everything was very clean and tidy. The only difficulty we had was finding the key in the lock box. That was really challenging because there was a huge protest on the street and the lock box is very small and on the bottom of the gate on a main road. Other than that, our stay was lovely.

Great accommodation in a very central location!

This apartment is a great choice for your next trip to Paris - we were a group of 8 and had plenty of space for all of us. It is situated in a great location central to many of Paris's attractions. The only downside is that we were only given one set of keys for a large group. This is something I would keep in mind if you are planning on travelling with a big group. Besides that, everything was great and I would definitely stay here again if ever back in Paris!

Great Apartment and Perfect Location

The apartment is a great size and very comfortable. We were a group of 3 girlfriends, but still would have worked perfectly for couples. The location is terrific - a metro station with 3 lines just around the corner, 15-20 min walk to the Seine, Bo & Mie bakery downstairs (love this place!), and plenty of restaurants/bars nearby. Checking in is a bit tricky, but the video they provide is very helpful. Ran into a challenge not receiving final deposit info and check-in instructions until the morning my flight left, so that was cutting it a bit close for comfort, but worked out fine in the end.

family vacation

busy and noisy area but excellent location. apartment with minimal amenities. comfortable beds and showers. however, power routinely turned off at the main breaker during our stay.

Sentier Apartment

The apartment is quite lovely and well appointed, in a beautiful historic renovated apartment building. It is located in the Sentier district, a lively and up and coming neighborhood with many shops and restaurants. The metro is only a block away and the famous sights along the Seine are about a 15-20 minute walk. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The only negatives: we could get only one set of keys, which was a little problematic for four guests; and management required a 2000 euro credit card authorization (not actual charge) against damage or misbehavior, which we were not told about until the day we checked in. But all in all I would recommend this place highly!

Paris

The property was as shown in the listing. Fabulous location and well within walking distance to many of Paris’s attractions and restaurants. Being above a bakery lead to wonderful smells coming through the windows early in the morning….delicious. The only down side was the check in process. The key being off site with minimal instruction on how to locate it was beyond frustrating. That process needs to be addressed !!!! Overall we had a great time and would be back.

Pros and Cons

Pros: Excellent location near a metro stop. Large space for Paris. Great boulangerie next door. Lots of restaurant options in the neighborhood. Cons: Did not receive check in information until the day before. Video they sent regarding check in needs to be updated as some of the items no longer apply. There were ants in the kitchen... maybe that's expected in a large city apartment? Tip for those who stay: Was confused by how to use all of the keys. One of the residents gave a great tip...when you are coming into the building, turn left with the keys in the doors. When leaving, turn right with the keys to lock.

Large apartment in unique neighborhood

We spent 6 nights at this apartment and were very comfortable throughout our stay. Even when hot outside the apartment remained a comfortable temperature inside. The bedrooms have large windows that let a good breeze through. Lots of room at table and chairs to sit in living room. A few issues were: ants were present despite making sure no food was left out. Clothing cabinet in double bed room was broken and not useable. Bathroom cabinet was off the wall and not useable. Kitchen stovetop was not operational. Apartment could use a manual to describe how to dispose of trash, use hot water heater, washer/dryer and stove top. Drapery rod in the blue bedroom blocks windows from opening fully and falls off if you don’t realize it’s in the way when you open the window. Kitchen was only provided 1 dish towels which was not enough. Opening door locks was a significant learning curve. A lot of people hang out on street directly below the apartment and are loud until midnight to 1 am. They are not aggressive or worrying, just very loud and we’re out every night.

Cousin Time!

My sister-in-law, her daughter and my two daughters (girls aged 21, 22 & 24) all had a fabulous stay. We took full advantage of the three bedrooms and it was special for the three girls to bunk together in the room with two double beds. We also had a wine & charcuterie night in the family room while we watched the movie Midnight in Paris. Great location to sight-see too! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment and great location!

This apartment was the perfect place to stay for our holiday. The location was beautiful and so many wonderful places to explore. The property manager was easy to communicate with and made our stay enjoyable. I would stay here again for our next trip and recommend to friends and family.
