Fantastic location. The apartment is suitable for only 1-2 people not 3. The loft is small and the ladder has tiny rods that hurt your feet and there was a large amount of dust and spiders so my daughter did not use the loft, but rather we moved the twin mattress down and she slept on that on the floor ( she is 23 years old) I would not think it's suitable for kids either… The place was a bit dusty and the dryer was not operating. Otherwise great bathroom, great kitchen and beautiful living space. The only bed is a Murphy bed which is comfortable but short and my husbands feet hung off the end !( he is 6 Ft tall) . Rue du Dragon is very cute with great restaurants and the nightlife goes late and is loud so if you are a light sleeper, ear plugs would be a must for this apartment.

One of the best locations for Paris. Great neighborhood. Convenient Monoprix. One of the best check in experiences. Superb accommodation with the biggest shower I've seen compared to any in this town.

Holiday with family

We couldn't have chosen a better location in Paris for our Holiday as we were close to many wonderful restaurants, shopping and the Metro station. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. It was perfect for the three of us. The bathroom is large and the shower was nice. Check-in was easy and straightforward. Georgina was waiting for us when we arrived and she gave us instructions for the appliances, door locks and heater. She was kind and helpful. We highly recommend this apartment in the Heart of Saint Germain.

Lovely neighborhood, lovely apartment

We stayed at this Saint Germain apartment for 4 nights in September 2024. It's lovely. Plenty of room for 2 people, lots of light, terrific location. Just three caveats: (1) the murphy bed was pretty comfortable for us, but might not be so comfortable for larger people. My husband is 6'2" and slim; I am 5'6" and relatively slim, so not a problem for us. But every night we spent there I was thankful not to be longer or wider! (2) the kitchen is super small. There are lots of great places to eat in Paris (!), so this won't be an issue for most visitors, but don't plan on hosting an elaborate dinner for eight in this apartment. (3) there are lots of stairs, so be ready to lug your luggage up and down. And try not to forget anything when you're leaving for the day.

St Germain gem

This was a fabulous base in Paris. We loved the location, as it was easy to walk to many great restaurants and the metro. All of the necessities. Even though there was no air, we managed well with the small fans provided.

Lovely space in the heart of St. Germain

This is a lovely apartment with big French windows that open onto the street and provide lots of breeze and light. Georgina, who met us and set us up, was very kind and personable. St. Germain is right in the middle of everything for better and for worse. We would definitely stay here again.

Saint Germain Central

We only stayed for a short time but we loved this spot for its location; easy walk to tons of great cafe's, restaurants, shopping, the Louvre, Notre Dame, etc. It's a lot of stairs, but typical of the accommodations in this area and we walked everywhere anyway. It was charming, clean, well supplied and we had lots of communication from the host and their team. Would stay there again.

Perfect Stay in Paris!

This cute apartment is perfectly located in Paris with an easy walk to many great places. The lady who met us at check-in was very nice and helpful with the house and recommendations in the area. Highly recommend!

Mostly wonderful - with 2 sizable reservations.

We loved most everything -- especially the location -- and we lacked for nothing in the apartment. Plus, the staff were excellent. The 2 big issues were 1) We weren't made aware, by the listing, that one has to walk up/down about 70 (old and creaky) steps every time one wants to go into town, or get a baguette, or find a place to eat (ie at least 3 or 4 times a day). And 2) The bed was far too small for someone 6 feet tall, and the board at the head was brutally hard.

Great location

Apartment was very nice, clean, well stocked kitchen and a great location close to shopping restaurants etc. few things to note; hot tub is amenity we could not find, water was barely warm in the shower and hot water is on the right hand side vs left. This is 4th floor walk up so if lots of luggage or trouble with steps might be issue.

Five stars. Would stay again!

My partner and I stayed for about a week and enjoyed the unit! It's in a PERFECT location for what we wanted: it's on a picturesque street with a bakery, cafes, bars, and groceries/household supplies are literally around the corner at Monoprix. The unit was clean, comfortable, and stylish (we loved the exposed beams on the ceiling and being on the fifth floor). Some notes on the unit that might help future guests: - The laundry drier can only "dry" clothes to a damp level (for EU this seems normal; for US this isn't) - Additionally, the laundry/drier buttons/settings can be confusing - There's currently construction happening in the unit nextdoor (as of November 2023) - The ladder to the loft with the single bed is sturdy, but the rungs are thin which makes it difficult to climb. Overall, this place was GREAT for us, and we'd definitely recommend it.

Charming apartment in a perfect location. walk to everything!

A classic French walk-up with all the modern amenities you would require. Located one-half block off Blvd Saint Germaine, it is quiet yet surrounded by small bistros and shops. Pastries, coffee, groceries are but steps away. Well furnished and managed, the check-in and out process was seamless. Georgina was a responsive point-of-contact and very helpful when needed. We will stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay in the apartment. It was just as described, clean, and in a great location. Also, the property manager did a great job of keeping us informed in advance of our stay, and of getting us into the unit when we arrived.
