Bonjour j’ai séjourné dans de logement impeccable mais j’ai également séjourné dans un autre appartement de se monsieur enfin groupe ! Je ne savais pas que c’était le même propriétaire. Et ils ont essayé de nous arnaqué dans l’autre logement en nous rendant pas la caution a à hauteur de 300 soit disant parce que nous aurions cambriolé le logement… alors que j’ai juste demandé à ce qu’on le remette mes lunette de vue que j’avais oublié. Pendant 1 semaine il ne voulait pas le rendre la caution. Je ne peux pas mettre l’avis sur l’autre annonce car je suis bloqué et je ne pas mettre d’appréciation. Faite attention à vous

Eigentlich nette Wohnung, aber…
Das Finden der Wohnung und des Schlüssels war kein Problem. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut ausgestattet und eigentlich auch rustikal charmant. Da aber manche Sachen in der Funktion eingeschränkt sind (defekte Toilettenbrille hängt schief, Waschbecken im Bad mit nur einem halbwegs funktionierenden Wasserhahn, Hygienemangel bei den Schlafsofas und der Küchenplatte) muss ich da mindestens einen Punkt abziehen. W-lan gab es nach auf Nachfrage korrigiertem Passwort. Größeres Problem war der Parkplatz. In der mir vorliegenden Beschreibung ist von Parkplätzen auf dem Gelände die Rede, beim Nachfragen per Mail ist „der Parkplatz direkt in meiner Buchung enthalten“, da fällt es mir auch schwer an Übersetzungsfehler zu glauben. Nach fehlenden Infos vor Ort, wimmelt mich die Vrbo-Agentur mehrfach ab, es würde kein Parkplatz aufgelistet sein. Keine Empathie, keine Problemlöseansätze, erst recht kein Entgegenkommen für ein echtes Problem in Paris. Das hat natürlich viel Ärger beschert. Zu guter letzt hat uns ein beim Überfahren (selbst durch ein Fahrrad!) sehr lautes Gulli-geklapper geradezu um den Schlaf gebracht, weshalb wir am Ende eine Nacht früher abgereist sind. Schade um die eigentlich nette Wohnung, aber schlechteste Buchungserfahrung ever und definitiv keine Empfehlung!!! Die Kaution haben wir immerhin innerhalb einer Woche zurück bekommen. Ein Entschuldigung gab es nicht, lediglich eine Info, dass die Wohnung nun nicht mehr bei FeWo gelistet ist.

... sind auch wir betrogen worden und haben bisher unsere Kaution von 300 € nicht zurück. Dusche, Bad, Schlafsofas leider kaputt.

Unfortunately not a good experience. The shower was not working and there was black mold. 😕
Not recommended. The neighborhood was actually interesting as it was very diverse. The apartment was a big disappointment. It was an old building and could have been cool, but it was obviously not being taken care of by the property managers. It should never be rented out in this condition.

After spending over an hour trying to get in to the apartment as there was no obvious signage that we were at the right place/door. A resident then told us we were at the wrong building which then caused confusion and frustration until we went back and found out it was the right place after all. The area is amazing. Friendly, helpful people. Great, diverse population and food. A little disappointed with state of property. Taps in bathroom don't work. Mold in the shower. Stained fabric on couches. Sofa bed in poor condition to sleep on. Window between bathroom and bedroom? A curtain to provide privacy would be nice. Locks on the door difficult to figure out. Would suggest a proper walk through or a manual explaining everything upon check-in.

Apartment has black mold and no internet!!
There were a couple issues. One of which, poses a hazard to the health of others. The apartment was advertised as having wifi, however, we had absolutely no wifi, the entire time we were there. The manager said that he would try to secure a temporary internet box on the first day we arrived, but we never received it. Nor did we hear from him about this matter since. If I had known that the apartment had no wifi, I would not have rented it. Secondly, the apartment has black mold growing on the walls in the bathroom and in the bedroom under the window. This is absolutely unacceptable and a hazard to our health!! Since we were in a foreign country and had no other arrangements we decided to stay in the apartment, but those two issues made our stay less than pleasant to say the least. I addressed this with the owner Hermann Kamgang in a message, however, he did not respond at all.
