This charming 2-room apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people, ideal for a getaway for couples, families or groups of friends. You will enjoy a stay combining comfort and authenticity in one of the most lively and historic neighborhoods in the capital.

Our cozy and warm apartment will seduce you with its Parisian charm and carefully decorated atmosphere. The cozy living room has a large comfortable L-shaped sofa, TV and functional dining area. The sofa can accommodate one person for the night, perfect for a stay of 3. The bedroom is equipped with a cozy king-sized bed and a spacious dressing room to store all your belongings. The open kitchenette is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, coffee machine and fridge, ideal for preparing your meals independently. The modern bathroom includes a functional shower, perfect for starting the day with comfort.

The apartment is all yours. Our apartment is located in the heart of the mythical Latin Quarter, one of the most charming and iconic neighborhoods in Paris. This vibrant and historic area is known for its picturesque alleys, literary cafés, old bookstores and vibrant student atmosphere around the Sorbonne. Staying here, you are immersed in the center of Parisian culture, between history, gastronomy and authentic local life. Enjoy the many traditional restaurants, lively bistros, and neighborhood markets where Parisians and visitors mingle.

Getting around is a breeze. Arrival from airports: Roissy Charles de Gaulle (CDG): Take the RER B towards Paris. Get off at Saint-Michel – Notre-Dame station, located in the heart of Paris, offering connections with metro line 4 and RER C. From this station, you can either walk about 15 minutes to the apartment, or take metro line 10 to the nearby station Cluny – La Sorbonne (one station to a station from Saint-Michel on line 10) towards Gare d'Austerlitz, and get off at Cardinal Lemoine, located 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Orly (ORY): Take metro line 14 at the airport, towards Saint Lazare, and get off at Maison Blanche station. There, change to metro line 7 towards La Courneuve - 8 Mai 1945. Get off at Jussieu station, a big crossroads with line 10. From Jussieu, you can walk about 7 minutes to the apartment or take metro line 10 towards Boulogne – Pont de Saint-Cloud and get off at Cardinal Lemoine, located 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

Public transport: Cardinal Lemoine Station (line 10): The nearest station, just a 2-minute walk from the apartment, quickly connects you to the eastern and western districts of Paris. Jussieu Station (lines 7 and 10): About a 7-minute walk away, this station offers additional connections to the north and south of Paris. Saint-Michel Station (line 4, RER B and C): Located about a 15-minute walk away, it is a major hub to easily reach airports, Gare du Nord, and other tourist areas.

Other transportation options: The apartment benefits from an extensive bus network in the neighborhood, offering you a multitude of solutions to discover Paris at your own pace.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is done with a receptionist who will be happy to welcome you and show you the apartment. You can drop off your bags before the official check-in time, from 11:00 a.m., subject to availability. For late arrivals: Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., a surcharge will be requested via the platform. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, an amount of 30 will be requested via the platform. After midnight, a surcharge of 10 per hour will be applied.

Services included: Towels and bed linen are provided for optimal comfort. Our professional cleaning team prepares the apartment before your arrival, to guarantee you a clean and welcoming space. High-speed WiFi internet access for the duration of your stay. Additional services not included: We can provide you with a baby cot and highchair on request (notify 72 hours in advance and a supplement of 15 will be applied for the baby cot.) Additional housekeeping can be arranged during your stay if required.

HOUSE RULES: Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. with a receptionist. If check-in is after 8 p.m., a supplement of 20 in cash will be requested upon arrival, and this supplement will increase to 30 from 10 p.m. A surcharge of 50 will be requested if you leave the apartment after the authorized time. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment or leaving cigarette butts inside. In the event of non-compliance with this rule, a fee of 150 to 300 will be required. If you need an extra key, an extra 20 will be requested. A security deposit will also be required to guarantee the return of this second key. In case of loss of keys, a replacement fee may be applied, ranging from 100 to 500, depending on the type of key. We ask that you respect the quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. If this rule is not respected, a fee equivalent to the security deposit may be charged.
