Welcome to our 27 m² studio apartment located on the 2nd floor with an elevator in a beautiful Parisian building. It is furnished as follows for your utmost comfort:

- 1 workspace

- 1 complete bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and washer/dryer



The cleaning service includes a change of sheets and towels for each guest. Cleaning is carried out by professional cleaning staff.

Apartment very well located, in the heart of Paris, near rue Etienne Marcel and on the corner of rue Montorgueil, 5 minutes from the Grands Boulevards, 20 minutes from the Opera and 20 minutes from Beaubourg, on foot.

In this central and very lively district of Paris, you will find all your favorite shops and boutiques as well as numerous cafes and restaurants. Supermarkets are also within walking distance of the apartment

It is also the district of all the Parisian theaters, the famous Grand Rex cinema and the famous Grévin museum.

This location will allow you easy access to the capital's most must-see sites, such as the Madeleine, La Concorde, the Louvre, the Champs-Élysées, the Arc de Triomphe, the Eiffel Tower, and the Sacré Coeur.
