Inconvenient key pick up and drop off is a 10 minute walk away in a small market building so know there hours. When we dropped the key, the key locker was not plugged in or charged up so we needed to wait about 10 minutes more for it to work. Thankfully the shop owner noticed us and plugged it in. Location is good for sightseeing. The chairs and hideaway bed (which we didn’t use) are a bit warn and stained. The king bed and pillows are very comfortable. The service provides videos to use appliances which is helpful. We could not connect to some streaming because of an account pin we didn’t have which was not resolved. There was some tech music playing on and off at night, but we couldn’t figure out where from. First time in Paris and really enjoyed the city!

Due to a lock malfunction/safety issue at check in we did not feel comfortable staying at the property.I will provide feedback on what we DID experience at check-in. The location was great, very central. The property itself was very quaint a cozy. Everything inside was updated: fridge, washing machine, television, strong wi-fi, dishwasher, bathroom. There are plenty of little shops around to grab any groceries you would need and all entertainment and restaurants weren’t a far walk.

There were positives and negatives with respect to the stay.Positives: - rapid responsiveness of queries to the host - adequate numbers of cookware, etc. - we felt the level of safety was excellent - after a long day, we appreciated the elevatorNegatives - despite the friendliness of the host, we ended up resolving our own issues without desired help - the videos designed to help familiarize us with operation of the stove and washer/dryer were unhelpful. - we found the manuals for appliances, though in french to be more helpful than the videos. - noise levels on weekends were excessive as we are adjacent to a restaurant/club/bar. - the check-in process should be re-thought. The key pickup location is inconvenient and it would be helpful to have a host nearby.

Great property. Great location. Only issue was getting the deposit back. Unfortunately despite being told there was no issues and it was being returned i ultimately had to work with my credit card company to get it back. Otherwise a wonderful location and property.

The property was very noisy, being right on a street with garbage pick ups and deliveries beginning at about 5 am. Three locks on the door was annoying, and difficult. The property was clean, and we had just the right amount of utensils etc. The kitchen area was small, but enough for our needs. The entry way, had 2 dead plants. We paid for property damage insurance, but they required an additional 800 euros for property damage, which we had trouble getting back, but we did after multiple requests. There is no microwave. While the communications with the host were ok, BnB Nova, never felt like a real person to me and we felt like I was communicating with AI. Picking up and returning the keys at a local Monop that was about a 10 minute walk away from the apartment made a difficult check in and checkout. Be prepared to purchase all of your paper towels, toilet paper, soap, detergent etc., immediately upon arrival as as little as possible was provided. No kitchen towels, or wash clothes are provided in the linen package. We did not need to use the portable air conditioner that was provided. Aside from the noise, the location was excellent and central to major sights in Paris. Sadly I would not stay here again. We were there for 13 nights.

The location cannot be beat. Though it was slightly annoying to go to an alternate spot to pick up the keys, the directions for checking in were very detailed and accurate. There were a few missteps with the actual property. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, as well as it being only stocked with 1 small packet of shampoo for a 4 night stay. The linens were also a little stained and the pillowcases didn't fit the pillows for the sofa bed. Also, one of the fans in the apartment didn't work.

Exceptional location with easy access to everything. Comfortable bedding both in bedroom and sofa bed. Stairs or elevator available (if bags are very heavy or mobility issues). Ample towels and bedding available. Free wifi was helpful. Major challenge is the check in and out procedure, which requires a 10 minute walk from the unit to pick up / drop off keys so either enter the building and leave your bags there or haul them 10 minutes each way, which is not ideal especially after a long international flight (or with an early morning departure).

Great location

The property was awesome. Perfect part of town. My only complaint is the keys are left in a drop box that is about 1km away. Definitely a bit of a pain when checking in and out that you have to consider.

Charming, cozy apartment in the perfect Paris location—right behind Angelina and Ladurée, and steps from the Louvre! Super cute decor with great Parisian character, plus a huge bonus: air conditioning. Couldn’t have asked for a better home base for exploring the city.

Great location

Easy to walk to major attractions in Paris. Instructions to get the keys were very well explained. Busy little street outside the apartment building so noise from the street started a little early in the morning. The air conditioner helped with that. Enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful quaint quarters

Great little apartment in a perfect area. We stayed with our family of four and enjoyed it very much. The only downsides are is it’s a little tight for floor space if you don’t want to unpack and closet your luggage, and there was some techno music playing late night from either the apartment or restaurant below. Perfect location for exploring Paris! We would definitely stay here again!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les lieux. Les lits étaient confortables et propres. La communication était simple et les réponses rapides. Les appareils ont été un petit défi pour les utiliser (cafetière et cuisinière) mais une fois qu'on a compris le fonctionnement, ça allait! Puisque c'est une cuisinière à induction, il aurait été souhaitable d'avoir plus d'un chaudron qui fonctionnait sur la plaque. Ou encore un micro-ondes. Grand merci et au plaisir

The host was incredibly responsive and always available to answer any questions. The location is unbeatable—just a short stroll to the Jardin des Tuileries and the Louvre. Being so close to these iconic landmarks truly elevated my Paris experience, allowing me to immerse myself in the city's beauty from the moment I stepped outside. This apartment is an absolute gem! The decor was charming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, and everything was impeccably clean.
