The Space:

🛋️ Ground floor: your cosy hideaway

Step into a warm, intimate living space, shielded from the street by frosted glass. No one can see in, and you get a peaceful bubble right in the heart of Paris’s liveliest neighbourhood. The soft, cosy atmosphere is perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing, watching a film on the Smart TV or sharing dinner around the table. The sofa opens into a proper double bed, so 2 more guests can join you.



🍳 An open, fully equipped kitchen

Hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, plus all the dishes and utensils you need. Everything is there to cook as you would at home, with fresh produce from the market around the corner. A washing machine is also available, ideal for longer stays or travelling light.



🛏️ Upstairs: light and rest

A staircase leads to the first floor, the brightest part of the apartment, dedicated entirely to rest. There you’ll find a quiet bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. The two levels are clearly separated, so everyone keeps their privacy, even with 4 guests.



✨ A thoughtful arrival

Every stay begins in an apartment prepared by our professional cleaning team. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for every guest. We’re available throughout your stay to help out or share our favourite local spots.



Good to know: the bedroom is upstairs, reached by a staircase. Please keep this in mind if you’re travelling with young children or guests with reduced mobility.

You’ll be staying in one of the most vibrant and authentic neighbourhoods in the city, in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement. Just steps away, pedestrian rue Montorgueil is lined with cheese shops, greengrocers, historic pâtisseries and terraces that are always full. Further along, Sentier mixes creative studios, small restaurants, cocktail bars and specialty coffee shops. Supermarkets, pharmacies and bakeries are all within a few steps, so you can live here like a true Parisian.



It’s also the city’s entertainment district: the legendary Grand Rex cinema, the Musée Grévin wax museum and the many theatres of the Grands Boulevards are just a short walk away.
