  • Este es mi pequeño 'pied à terre' en París ... situada justo detrás del Museo Picasso ... a 40 metros cuadrados, altillo ... suelos de madera, cuarto de baño grande con una estatua de madera de Ganesh con vistas a ti; el lugar está lleno de encanto ... se le permite hablar con las pinturas africanas en las paredes, así como estatuas nativas de Colombia y México ... el piano vertical es ligeramente fuera de tono, pero mi viejo vecino de arriba no culpable que por ello ...

    El piso ha sido totalmente renovado abril de 2013. Nueva cocina completa, baño nuevo, nueva pintura, electricidad nueva, nuevo un montón de cosas ...

    El lugar es muy tranquilo y fresco. Tiene 'buen rollo' ... uno de esos lugares, por alguna extraña razón, sólo se siente bien allí ... Eso es lo que la gente me dice de todos modos ...

    Para situar la plana, usted tiene 30 segundos de distancia del Museo Picasso ... No voy a describir el barrio, usted debe saber por ahora ...

    Tenga en cuenta que no hay ningún punto de vista ... No hay que esperar a ver la Torre Eiffel o Dios sabe qué otro monumento de París; no lo harás.

    Realmente es ideal para una pareja; se trata de un pequeño nido ... Su punto fuerte: tiene un corazón ... definitivamente no es el habitual en el anonimato para alquilar ... es poco raro, pero muy encantador ... eso es lo que la gente me dice ......

This artist’s loft in the Marais is a gem! Paulo the host is very communicative and cooperative, and everything in the apartment worked beautifully. I highly recommend it.

Excellent studio, fantastic location

We loved staying at this property. It was close to great food and shopping, reasonable walking distance from most of the sites we went to see, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Unique in the best way. A cozy and tastefully designed apartment in an equally artistic and beautiful location. Unforgettable stay! The host Paolo was very friendly and communicative as well, and all of the proper amenities were in order.

Paolo’s flat was the perfect home for our week in Paris. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood in La Marais, close to great restaurants and fun shops. The flat was just as pictured and Paolo was an excellent host. We would definitely stay here on future trips to Paris.

Apartment was as described, large studio in the heart of the Maria’s. Newly renovated, freshly painted and very clean. Lovely big, comfortable bed, easy to navigate washing machine and dryer, great little kitchen and a very welcome bathtub.Communication with Paolo was excellent with quick replies to any queries. Loved our stay.

wonderful VRBO

This vrbo was perfect for us - location was wonderful with lots of restaurants and shops, and close proximity to metro. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and a very quiet place to come back to in the evening after a busy day! We loved it!

I loved everything about my stay. The location is fabulous and the host was wonderful. Paolo stayed in contact with me, everything was easy. The apartment was newly renovated, immaculate, with lots of storage space, fully stocked kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows and linens were lovely. I was traveling alone and felt very safe in the building. This space is perfect for a single traveler or a couple. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Paolo, it was an exceptional stay.

Perfect Paris Stay

The perfect hideaway in Paris

I loved staying at this property! The Marais area of Paris and the Apt is just great, super clean and easy to check in .Everything that you would want is there for you to use from the kitchen, bathroom and the bedroom. Paolo is an amazing host and always ready to answer any concerns you would have. I highly recommend this place .

Great little spot in the artist district

We thoroughly enjoyed our time there! What a beautiful city and tons of places just a short walk from the unit. Once we were used to the metro and buses getting anywhere was quite easy. Paolo was an excellent host and great communicator!

The apartment is located in Le Marais, one block from the Picasso Museum. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the owner provides helpful information to enhance your stay. It’s within easy walking distance to two metro lines which will get you to any place you may want to visit in the city. Many good restaurants nearby and within a ten minute walking radius of the apartment. The apartment feels must larger than the stated size and was a great place to relax after longs days of sightseeing.

Exceptional experience

Great and super easy rental experience. Excellent communications from the owner with emails to make sure we had and understood check in process. Nice overview document of neighborhood and amenities. Very quite and a great place to get a sound night sleep after walking all across Paris.

Paris 2024 - rhine river - Amsterdam

Paolo’s flat was perfect for the two of us. Very clean, very well decorated and very comfortable. Paolo was phenomenal in communications for checking in, suggestions on places and things to do and checking out along with the apartment information. Highly recommend Paolo and his flat!

A hidden gem, in the fabulous Marais!

We were quite lucky to not only find this gem, but were supported by a kind and supportive host! The neighborhood is fabulous. It is a real lived in arrondissement, filled with absolutely everything you could imagine to make you feel like you are actually Parisian; not a tourist.

Simply wonderful. Our stay could not have been easier or better. Paolo is a very good host and communicator. We had no problems finding or getting into the apartment. We felt like we had our own slice of Paris. The apartment is quiet and has everything you need and is located next to cafes, restaurants and shops. We felt very safe and had a remarkable time. We most certainly would book again.

January week in Paris

Just as described: a roomy, well-appointed, beautifully furnished and sparkling clean apartment. As Paolo says, there is little natural light and no view, but it is quiet and serene with important cultural sites (Picasso, Carnavalet museums), great cafes (Le Progres) and restaurants nearby

Returning and Getting To Know the Extraordinary Marais Better

This is a one of a kind apartment, everything and more than the high expectations that the photos and information conveyed to us when we were looking for a place to stay in the midst of the Marais. For a week we thoroughly enjoyed re-visiting old favourites and finding many more, helped greatly by Paolo's recommendations. Paolo's rental would be our first choice any time we return to central Paris.

Fantastic stay in le Marais

We loved our stay in Paolo’s Place. The apartment was exactly as in the pictures. It was quiet, warm and cosy even on a cold night. The bed was comfy and we slept well. Everything you need was provided and the place was spotless. The washer and dryer worked well. The location was fantastic. Lots of cafes and shops as soon as you step out of the building. Picasso museum is visible across the square. I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again.
