This was our second stay in this apartment, having rented it previously in 2022. As before, we loved the location, the street market, and the many cafés, bakeries, and shops in the immediate area. The apartment is well-appointed, with a small but modern kitchen and shower, a large bed and a comfortable fold-out couch. The kitchen was well-stocked with various essentials. We appreciated having the apt stocked with garbage bags and cleaning items. However the kitchen organization needs work:
1.) Two deep kitchen drawers contain items that no short term renter will ever use: a giant lidded roasting dish and a pressure cooker take up entire drawers. Suggestion: Put them in the owners locked areas or remove.
2) The cupboard above the counter with a round rotating insert is crammed with practical pots and small items. Those items can be arranged and easily accessible in those 2 drawers.
3) The items under the sink are messily piled around the small trash receptacle and should be organized on a small plastic shelf.
The manager was incredibly attentive to the couple of minor issues we encountered on arrival (such as burned out lights). They replaced the broken toilet seat the day after we reported its condition. Exceptional communication and support. The only real cons are the things mentioned in many other reviews -- the old, very dirty carpet in the living room, and the ancient, tiny toilet which is in very serious need of modernization to match the rest of the apartment.
