The Space:

Living room

The main living room impresses with its generous volumes, high ceilings and natural light. It features several comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a TV, creating the perfect space to gather in an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.



A second, more intimate lounge offers a cosy setting with a corner sofa and soft ambient lighting, ideal for relaxing or enjoying a quiet moment.



Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is modern, spacious and centred around a large island. It is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine and a complete set of tableware (plates, glasses, cutlery, utensils, pans, pots and kitchen knives). A coffee machine, kettle and toaster are also provided. The space is designed for both convenience and shared meals.



Dining area

The dining area offers a generous space with a large table that can accommodate several guests. Bright and elegant, it extends the living areas and provides the perfect setting for convivial meals.



Bedrooms

Key Collection (In Person)

Key collection is available in person between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM.



Please arrive at the agreed key collection time. Any delay or change to your arrival time must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.



Arrivals after 8:00 PM may be arranged only in exceptional circumstances, subject to availability and management approval. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.



Additional fees apply for late key collection and must be paid directly to the person handing over the keys, as follows:



- 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM: €50, plus €25 for every additional 30 minutes of delay.

- From 10:30 PM onward: €150.



Please note that late key collection is not guaranteed and must be approved by management in advance.

Luggage Drop-Off

Luggage drop-off may be arranged between 12:15 PM and 4:00 PM, subject to prior confirmation of the schedule.



Please arrive at the agreed time and please note that property tours are not permitted during luggage drop-off. Luggage drop-off does not include access to or a tour of the property.



Any delay or change to your scheduled arrival time must be communicated in advance to avoid inconvenience.



The Neighborhood:

The accommodation is located in one of the most pleasant and authentic neighbourhoods of Paris's 17th arrondissement, an area prized for its perfect balance between Parisian neighbourhood life and residential tranquillity. Just a few minutes' walk away, you will find numerous artisan bakeries, typical cafés and restaurants where locals like to meet.



The neighbourhood is also renowned for its elegant streets and Haussmann-style buildings, which give it a very Parisian charm. For shopping or simply strolling, you can visit the famous Rue de Lévis, one of the liveliest shopping streets in western Paris, with its permanent market, cheese shops, patisseries and local boutiques.



For a break in nature, the magnificent Parc Monceau – 35 Boulevard de Courcelles is about a 15-minute walk away. This iconic Parisian park is ideal for walking, running or simply enjoying a moment of relaxation in the heart of the city.



Getting Around:

RER C – Pereire Levallois – approximately 7 minutes on foot



Porte de Champerret Metro Station (line 3) – approximately 8 minutes on foot



These lines provide easy access to important locations such as Opéra, Saint-Lazare, La Défense and the historic centre of Paris.



Several bus routes also serve the neighbourhood, including lines 84, 92 and PC, offering convenient connections to other arrondissements.



Finally, the neighbourhood is very pleasant to explore on foot or by bicycle, with numerous Vélib' stations nearby for easy access to Paris.

- FREE PARKING

- In case of a same-day reservation (arrival on the day of booking), the apartment may be ready from 7:00 PM instead of the standard check-in time indicated on the listing..

- Subject to availability, we offer optional luggage storage and late check-out services to make your stay more comfortable.



As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay:



* A non-refundable Damage Waiver of 12 EUR per night, OR

* A refundable 1000 EUR Security Deposit



If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following:



- A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in.

- If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out.

- For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.
