We were a family of 2 adults and 3 kids 7, 11 and 17.We were looking close to Gare du More, but we're finding Junk for our dates (August peak time) and budget. This was about 14 stations (25 mins) away from GdN but with Paris's wonderful metro , it really doesn't matter as long hotel is close to some station. This one is 5 mins walk from Boulogne on M10 line. Very convenient. Anywhere you go in Paris you have to buy day pass anyways, what is another few station to find a real clean and sizeable apartment for the family. Plus GdN is not safe per what I read.
Location : Great, Grocery store and at least five restaurants in walking distance.
Amazing clean
Very comfy bed
Microwave, stove top, dishwasher, coffee machine in the room
Good air conditioning
New apartment, new furniture
Nice elevator
A room full of washer dryers (free) with detergent etc. Also iron and ironing board in the common laundry
There were croissants and pastries for breakfast, but you have to be early. They did refill for me.
Free coffee, water bottles in lobby
Wonderful shower, high pressure
Hots were amazing They really seemed to care and were sweet.
The only con , probably, is that you can hear passing motorcycles in the street when sleeping. Though I am a light sleeper I slept fine all nights, because of the fatigue from day's walking in Paris. It was quite okay.
