Personal bastante amable y cordial!
Lo recomiendo! Nos encanto! El personal del hotel es amable y gentil, super atentos. Las habitaciones amplias y bastante limpias. El desayuno es completo.

There's a grocery store right next door and the metro is 3 mins away on foot. Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Down side, we could hear the cars driving around very well. But that was the only negative point we had.

Hotel was nice and clean. It didn’t have much space but a little cozy. Staff was friendly. They didn’t have wash cloths which was strange. The breakfast wasn’t much so I would recommend eating somewhere else. The area around the hotel was great. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and public transportation.

Clichy is an excellent safe area away from the typical tourist areas of Paris but with easy access to the Metro. For Paris, the twin room we started out was good sized and quite adequate, but we upgraded to a family suite for a very reasonable fee since we arrived in low season and this is roomy and well worth it. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby with our two favorites being La Barrière de Cliche and La Sancerra. Natural food store next door and large supermarket across the street.

Appart hôtel très appréciable, mobilier récent, literie au top,propre, nous étions côté rue et aucun bruit avec le double vitrage Accueil de Mr Ahmed très chaleureuse et très disponible Métro ligne 13 à 400 mètre ainsi que casino en bas de l’appart hôtel Séjour au top rien à redire merci

Hot water in bathroom only enough for one person shower. The heater in bathroom doesn't work. All these promblems cannot be solved. Moreover, the white female staff wasn't helpful at all!!

Appart'City Confort Paris Clichy Mairie offre un bon rapport qualité/prix pour un séjour agréable et confortable. Emplacement excellent. Personnel à la réception très avenant et disponible, souriant et efficace. Studio spacieux, bien équipé et confortable.

Excellent value for the price. The building is above a natural foods grocery store, and across the street from a general grocery store. The Metro is only half a block away. The neighborhood has several good restaurants, an excellent boulangerie (Gwen and Clem), and parks. It's primarily residential with small businesses and felt very safe. The staff in the hotel are very helpful and friendly. We had a studio apartment on the 4th floor facing the street, which was a little noisy. The unit was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with no sign of the "nasty bugs" which are a problem in Paris. There was plenty of storage in the closets. The kitchen is lacking in counter space but has all the essentials, but a small amount of dish soap would have been helpful. We did laundry in the building which was somewhat inconvenient as a special app had to be downloaded and paid for on the phone, and was expensive. The laundry detergent is automatically dispensed so if you have any skin sensitivities to soaps, you may want to rethink. If our travels take us through Paris again, we would stay here again

The room was very pleasant, cozy and clean. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful especially Sabina (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) she went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The area was quiet and safe, it was close to transport and the supermarket. I will definitely come back again.

I liked the hotel,very convenient location near the metro,[2 min.walk], where is also a grocery store nearby.The hotel has an excellent breakfast that for $11 you won't find in the city,very tasty coffee,fresh croissants,meat dishes. It was a great time in Paris and this hotel was a great addition. October 19,2023

Pas la bonne nuit peut-etre ?
Une odeur désagréable (dans la chambre et dans le couloir), un évier bouché, une ventilation qui faisait trembler l’appareil toute la nuit. Tout était réuni pour une nuit difficile. Je n’avais qu’une seule nuit heureusement. Très bonne literie, un personnel souriant et accueillant, quel dommage ….

This Hotel is Clichy’s best kept secret. The location is perfect next to two supermarkets. The Metro is half a block away. It is safe with the Police Dept and city building being so close. The rooms are spacious for two. They have a small kitchenette if you want to cook but the hotel breakfast is good. The staff was awesome! They were so helpful and provided great info on how to navigate the Metro and Dinning tips. Will be back!!

Ok stay here. Room was fine. Some areas are looking a bit dated in the rooms and some parts not as clean as could be. Room was meant to be serviced mid stay but this did not happen so only was done on the day before checkout. Good location though. Good supermarket opposite and a couple of nice places to drink and eat opposite in the garden area. Great bakery 10 mins walk away with lovely pastries and bread - very cheap- La fournée du palais - highly recommended
