This accommodation is an old apartment with moldings and parquet floors. Located on the 4th floor without elevator, it includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- a fully equipped kitchen;

- a dining area with table and chairs;
- a comfortable lounge for you to relax after a day of walking.
- a bicycle storage room that is located in the courtyard.

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.

Everything you need to have a great stay is at your disposal, including: washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is ideally located:
- Close to the metro stations of lines 13 and 14.

## Emplacement
The 17th arrondissement is located in the north-west of Paris, and is considered as the most bourgeois district of Paris. It has an excellent quality of life whether it is on safety, proximity, cleanliness and calm. It has a lot of transport and it's only a few minutes away from all commerce.
The district of Wagram-Ternes is however much more dynamic than the rest, being in fact the extension of the Champs Élysées. On the north-east side, is the Batignolles district, which is a mix of Parisian and hiptser atmosphere.
