A very welcome place to land as we arrived in Paris and then spent a week. One adult and three teens were comfortable here. Everything worked well: elevator, air conditioning, shower, washer and dryer, WiFi, espresso pod machine (nice!), stove, dishwasher, etc. Plentiful towels in different colors! (This is brilliant because so easy to keep track of.) Plentiful glasses, plates, and silverware. Our host, Fabien, was impeccable. Excellent communication via email and text before and during our arrival; greeted us at the apartment when we arrived and familiarized us with specifics; was available during our stay if needed (although we had no need because everything was great); joined us in person at checkout time.Transportation: Easy to get around via nearby Metro and RER stations. This apartment was very quiet. We were there during the annual music festival and couldn’t hear anything in the apartment. Convenient food options of all levels: nearby: restaurants, bakeries, a tiny food market, a regular food market (Moniprix), and best of all, the Galeries Lafayette Le Gourmet. Shopping: literally next door to Tiffany & Co, across the street from Cartier, a short walk to the well-known Galleries Lafayette and many, many more shops.Fun fact: Rue de la Paix is the most expensive property in the French version of the Monopoly board game!
