Hotel HORRIBLE - NO Recomendado
Relación calidad precio malísima: Muy caro para los servicios que ofrece. Habitación y baño demasiado pequeños para dos personas, muy calurosos, húmedos y su disposición extremadamente incomoda. La limpieza es muy mala, alfombra sucia y paredes del baño con hongos a la vista. El lavatorio se inundaba y la ducha no disponía de soporte, por lo que resultaba demasiado incomodo ducharse. Nos dieron una habitación en el primer piso arriba de un bar y por la única ventana para ventilar ingresaban olores de todo tipo (cigarrillos, comida, etc), así como el ruido proveniente del bar y la calle. Maltrato de algunos de los empleados, ya que no nos dejaban toallas o elementos de aseo y cuando se los solicitaba ponían mala cara y excusas para no proveerlos. Un día, el personal de limpieza no dejó toallas en la habitación; cuando llegamos las solicitamos varias veces y no nos las entregaron hasta la mañana siguiente. Falta de mantenimiento y comodidad en general: puerta del baño que no cierra, toallas y sabanas viejas y con agujeros, mala iluminación, falta de ganchos para colgar toallas, falta de lugar para apoyar valijas.

We thank you for your feedback. ECONOMIC category is the cheapest category that we have. We do have superior rooms, more spacious in the upper part of the building.

Cómodo, acogedor y bien ubicado.
El hotel es cómodo y acogedor, en lineas generales va de acuerdo al precio que cobran, no son muy claros con las cuentas, mas cuando uno no habla francés.

mi primer visita a París
El hotel en general es muy especial, muy colorido con muchas pinturas y una vista desde la habitación muy agradable... creo que fue la mejor elección para ser un hotel que tomamos de último minuto. John en la recepción es realmente agradable, tiene una enorme sonrisa y es muy muy alegre su risa hace empezar bien el día. la ubicación esta perfecta a un lado del metro y abajo hay un restaurante, la zona en general bien... si regreso a París si volveré a ir ahí y más si John sigue en el lugar.

Limpio y muy cerca del metro; viejo y ruidoso
El hotel está ubicado sobre la estación del metro. El barrio es muy bonito, muchos restaurantes y bares, pero por lo mismo muy ruidoso en la noche (nada que unos tapones de oídos no solucionen) y hay gente borracha en las calles. El personal fue muy amable, en general, pero el hotel no está en las mejores condiciones: las alfombras de los pasillos están sucias, el elevador es para 3 personas (supuestamente, con más de dos no se mueve) y la escalera está chueca. Yo necesitaba la plancha y me dijeron que estaba descompuesta, no ofrecieron ninguna solución. Está bien para llegar a dormir y bañarse. Mi habitación no tenía cortina en el baño, no hubo problema porque estaba en el 3er piso, pero no sé como esté en pisos más abajo.

Hotel bien ubicado y limpio. Lo malo es q los últimos días no funciono el ascensor y tuvimos q bajar las maletas x las escaleras. La primera impresión no fue buena pero finalmente la estancia fue buena.

Great hotel but noisy outside
The hotel and location were great, employees were wonderful. The only drawback was that the area was very loud until late into the night (at least on the weekend when I was there). I would like to stay again but very good earplugs would be necessary. Otherwise for the value, convenience, and customer service I would give it a 10.

Hotel parisien tombant en désuétude
Séjour agréable, de par la proximité du quartier Montmartre, dans un hôtel qui fut sans doute il y a quelques années luxueux, mais qui demanderait une remise en état (prise de courant arrachée ou ne fonctionnant plus, douche avec faïence ce repeinte....il y a déjà quelque temps...) Personnel très agréable

I enjoyed the uniqueness about the hotel. The staff was really friendly and had a airport shuttle special for $26 euros. Nice area with a lively feeling. Can get a little noisy but not where you can't sleep.

Great value!
A very cozy little hotel near Sacre-Coeur with proximity to the metro and bus stop. We stayed for two concerts and there were no problems getting back to the hotel late at night. Extremely easy to get here and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Each floor is unique in terms of decor and it was fun to walk around and look at how the different floors looked. The rooms were clean and had exactly what you needed. Comfortable beds. The staff is fantastic and did their best to help us when we needed anything or had questions. I would easily come back again and would highly recommend this hotel.

Loistava sijainti - Good location
Hyvä sijainti lähellä metroasemaa, rauhallinen ja viihtyisä alue. Ilmastointilaite ei toiminut huoneessa eikä asialle tehty mitään. Jos olisi ollut kuumempi niin se olisi haitannut. Good location close to metro station, quiet and comfortable area. Aircondition wasn't working and I didn't get another room. In hotter weather it would have been a problem..

Ottima posizione e buona permanenza
La posizione è ottima, la metro è a un minuto di distanza a piedi. E ci sono bar, panetteria e fruttivendolo nei dintorni; comodissimo per comprare qualcosa per la giornata. Il personale è disponibile. L'unica cosa un po' negativa è che se si tengono le finestre aperte c'è abbastanza confusione in strada, ma è normale essendo nel quartiere di Montmartre.

立地は良いが、設備は改善して欲しい
地下鉄の出口のすぐ側にあるため、交通の便は良い。レストランはホテルと同じ建物に1軒、近所に数軒ある。パン屋は片道3分程度の所に、大きめのスーパーはMONOPRIXが片道10分弱程度の距離にある。サクレクール寺院は徒歩圏内にある。コンチネンタルブレックファーストは9ユーロ。パン3個にジュースとコーヒー。少々高い印象を受けた。室内には小さめの冷蔵庫があるが、湯を沸かす設備はない。エアコンが無いため、窓を開けなければ、暑さが厳しい（2019年7月上旬）。ただし、窓を開けると外の騒音がかなり響く。シャワーの設備が貧弱。湯温の調整が難しい。カーテンが短いため、床が水浸しになることが何度もあった。スタッフは親切（な人もいる）。

Very friendly staff.
Nice little hotel, nothing to complain about. staff very friendly and nice. had no problems with my stay at this hotel. got a room on 7th floor with balcony facing the street, and a very nice and soft bed.

I stayed here about 5 times already and this is my go-to place in Paris. I love the district, it is cute and affordable, it is super close to the subway and to Montmartre and the area is really safe. I am a regular the restaurants nearby as well, try Chez Ginette, Le Refuge and the ice cream store Kosak.

Wir haben nicht verstanden, warum die keycard abgegeben werden musste, da man sich bei Verlangen nicht ausweisen musste. Der Rezeptionist kannte uns nicht, stark wechselndes Personal. Die mit dem Hotel angegebene Parkmöglichkeit war ein Witz. Uns wurde ein Parkhaus in ca. 1 km Entfernung genannt für das wir 105 € für drei Nächte bezahlen mussten. Eine andere Parkmöglichkeit gab es nicht in der Umgebung des Hotels.

Merci pour votre commentaire et note attribuée. Pour des raisons de sécurité et en cas d'évacuation, il est important à ce que nous sachions si les clients sont présents ou pas! Car il sera inutile d'essayer de sauver quelqu'un alors que cette personne n'étant pas présent!. Le Parking privé est situé à 600 mètre de l'hôtel et cela n'appartient pas à l'hôtel.

Exactly as described. Don’t let first image walking in we had a great time. Everything you need for a home base. Front desk helpful and knowledgeable. We stayed for a week. Location is nice with walking distance to restaurants and other transportation. Safe place to stay. Will stay here again at any time.

Pretty Decent
I am a female solo traveller and didn’t feel entirely comfortable with the front desk clerk. He wasn’t incredibly informative and gave off an unfriendly vibe. I understand he might have been tired, but when travelling to a foreign country, it would be nice to greeted with kindness! Elevator fits only one person (normal for Europe), very close to the metro (< 1 minute) and Sacré cœur Basilica. The room was bright and colourful. The view from the window was pretty! Although the shower pressure was good, it was incredibly tiny and the shower curtains kept sticking to me. You can tell the hotel is a bit older, but still cute and clean.

So-so and small.
Extraordinarily small room. Mini bar not working. Ant invasion. Room sprayed several times. SMALL. A bit dreary actually. No view whatsoever. Neighborhood good. One particularly kind front desk man, the others apathetic. Good only when price is very low.

The front desk staff were friendly; the room and the hotel were exactly as we expected -- clean and comfortable. Our room had a nice view with a little table in front of the French windows -- perfect for breakfasts. The street had a boulangerie and a small market right nearby. Best of all, you walk across the road and find yourself on Rue Girardon in the heart of Montmartre. Exactly what we wanted in a 2-star hotel.
