Negativo: Sofa-cama muy incómodo y nada práctico Ruido en la calle (es un primer piso encima de bar/pub que se extiende hasta la madrugada)Encimera rota (rajada) que no se comunicó todo y tener ma información la agencia.Nevera pequeña para estancias largas. Relación calidad-precio excesivaPositivo: próximo a metro, cama doble cómoda y en zona interior poco ruidosa, baño correcto (hay que tener cuidado con que no se acabe la presión y agua caliente).

Location was excellent. Many things in the apartment were broken. Shower ran out of hot water quickly and door was leaky, wallpaper was peeling, chairs were broken, lights were wobbly (all in need of tightening), huge cracks in glass induction stovetop (but still functional). Supplies were limited - two rolls of toilet paper for a whole week, one small packet of dish soap, no garbage bags, etc.

The apartment is charming with basic amenities. It is well located in a walkable area with very good access to public transportation, restaurants, bars and food shops. On the weekend, it was noisy from the bars below and public square out front where people hung out chatting etc long after the bars closed - we weren’t fussed about it and knew, from reviews, to take earplugs. The apartment was comfortable for the three of us - beds are good, even the pullout. The bathroom was fine with a good hot shower. We didn’t cook or eat in at all so I can’t comment on kitchen amenities. The place was clean enough but could use a deep clean to remove cobwebs/dust from ceiling and walls.

This was the perfect stay for my family and I. It was perfectly located near numerous metro stations making getting around very easy. We had just enough space for our two young children to play when we were not out. The neighborhood felt safe and we had no issues coming and going no matter the time of day.

First of all,the location was tremendous.We felt like we were part of the local scene.Cluny Museum just a few blocks away.Notre Dame about a twelve minute walk.We did have a bit of trouble with the washer and dryer at first but finally figured them out.The apartment was clean and comfortable and we very much enjoyed our stay.

A little gem

This apartment was perfect for our week in Paris! It was spacious for our family of 3, had good amenities (including a laundry machine), and the host was super responsive and helpful. The host does warn about the stairs and they mean it! Be careful and sure-footed or you will end up bruised like i did! But even with that, i would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a gem of an apartment in paris!

Fantastic stay in the Latin Quarter!

Great location, bright, clean and comfortable. Communications with the host was easy and check-in was a breeze. Hardest part was getting our suitcases quietly up the narrow stairs to the apartment - luckily only one floor up! The neighbourhood and apartment are a bit noisy from the restaurants/bars downstairs but we expected that based on previous reviews. We like to cook when we travel and the kitchen was a bit sparsely equipped, but we were able to make it work. If you are just making coffee and a light breakfast or enjoying an aperitif, you’ll have everything you need. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Gemütliches Appartement inmitten von Paris

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, sehr geschmackvoll und mit allem, was man braucht, eingerichtet. Die im Inserat angegebene Waschmaschine haben wir allerdings nicht entdeckt - aber auch nicht gebraucht. Aufgrund der vielen kleinen Cafés und Kneipen mit studentischer Atmosphäre ist es ziemlich laut, im Sommer könnte das von Nachteil sein, wenn man die Fenster nicht schließen möchte. Aber uns (zwei ältere Erwachsene, eine Zwölf- und eine Fünfzehnjährige) hat die Atmosphäre dieses lebendigen Viertels ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Alles in allem: eine gute Erfahrung!

Lovely neighborhood and apartment. Host was very responsive. Only downside, and this was communicated beforehand, was the downstairs cafe was quite "energetic" at night. Would stay here again.

Great Location

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay, it is close by to many shops, restaurants and landmarks. The neighbourhood feels safe. There is a bit of noise from the establishment below, but ear plugs fix this nicely. All the basics were provided.

Excellent Location

This little get-away was perfect for me. It’s in my favorite area, where I am most comfortable in Paris. I loved Le Petit Cafe just downstairs, but it was a little loud late into the night(s). I didn’t really mind at all. It is Summer and the Olympics are still going. I would definitely return to this little spot.

Great central location

Great location, central and walkable to many sights and restaurants. Responsive hosts. Definitely recommend! There are 2 lovely and lovely restaurants right outside. The only downside being right under the balcony and lively and loud until 2am. On hot nights with windows open makes it very difficult to get shut eye. We didn’t mind it as it just added to the lively Parisian feel and with the city awake we were out and about at those hours anyway. Mentioning here in case of young kiddos or those who want an early restful shut eye. Thank you for the great experience!

Really nice place with great location

The place was really nice and clean. It had everything we needed and love the area. I would definitely stay there again. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is the delayed communication. It takes almost 24 hrs to get a response. I asked about the possibility to check in early and my questioned was ignored. Then I had to ask twice about checking out later because I didn’t get a response the first time. I asked because the checkout time is at 10 am and my flight didn’t leave until 5:50pm. I lost a day in France and it would have been nice to enjoy the morning at least and visit other places. I’m perfectly fine to get a no as an answer, just that the answered was that it was last minute request and that wasn’t the case or the best answer for a customers request.
