It is also located in the back of the building courtyard away from street noise. The apartment was very recently renovated with all modern amenities including A/C in two bedrooms and the kitchen/living room . the third bedroom does benefit from the A/C of the apartment and has a fan.
This 125 square meters apartment consists of an elegant hallway, a large living room and open kitchen , the master bedroom with an en suite shower, toilet ,walk in closet and washer/dryer, a second bedroom with single bed, and a third bedroom with two twins which can be transformed into a king bed. There is a second bathroom with separate toilet on the side of the living room.

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 300pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 300pm.
