Wundervolles Haus abseits vom Trubel gelegen und doch sehr nah gelegen an tollen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und vielen Freizeitangeboten.Das Haus bietet viel Platz für größere Familien und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünscht. Der großzügige Wohn- und Essbereich ist ideal für größere Gruppen und seh gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Die Vermieter sind unglaublich herzlich und unkompliziert. Sie erfüllen jegliche Wünsche, geben tolle Tipps und Empfehlungen für die Umgebung und antworten immer sehr schnell.Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100 Prozent empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

The open plan design of the kitchen, dining, tv area was excellent for a family gathering. Host was perfect, even putting out tea lights in the evening when we returned so we could park up. Location is great to get to disney, or a train to paris. Car not required as there is a good uber service. The bedrooms are large and clean including the bathrooms. The heating system does the job. House is highly recommend for a memorable family holiday.

A super property and great location. The house is two in one so would work well for two families giving you privacy and shared areas. Ground floor bedroom and bathroom ideal if you are travelling with less mobile family members. Bedrooms all spacious and comfortable, pool was perfect for family fun. Vic and Meke are super friendly and really helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Perfect property for children and babies and just down the road to Disneyland Paris perfect for a day trip. Easy access by train to Paris. Cannot recommend highly enough - we will be back!

Idyllic house and location but still close to disney

We had a great week in this house as a family. It is large, comfortable and well maintained. The gardens and pool were also perfect for relaxing after a hot day in the sun. The hosts and very friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

We loved everything this house. The inside was spacious and very clean. Room for everyone to have their own space. The pool was great! The kids loved it. The gardens were gorgeous. The hosts were top notch... So helpful and kind and just simply the best. All 3 generations love, love, loved everything about our stay here. Magical Stay in this Montevrain Maison

Absolutely AMAZING. Our family of 7 stayed in this beautiful garden house for six wonderful nights and it was the most perfect sanctuary to return to every night after exploring Paris, the Champagne Region and Provins. Our kids appreciated the location was just a few minutes from Disneyland Paris as well. We enjoyed exploring the fairytale-like grounds, enjoying the gardens and pool, and ending the day with champagne in this retreat. Our hosts Vic and Mieke were extremely gracious and knowledgeable with recommendations, and provided everything we needed. All I can say is WOW, and we were sad to leave!

Dream stay in Dream House!

My husband and I just spent 6 nights at Dream House with our daughter, husband and 3 granddaughters and it really was a special experience for all of us! It is a beautiful property and the house is full of character and charm, with tasteful updates. Our host, Vic, could not do enough for us.Uber made it easy and convenient to travel back and forth to Disney Paris and we had a wonderful time at the large heated pool and adjacent grass area , where we played badminton.Thank you again Vic and Mieke.

The most amazing, idyllic property

Well what can I say? From start to finish, everything was perfect. The property itself is absolutely stunning, keeping its beautiful old French character yet renovated with modern style, and it has everything you would possibly need for your stay. The hosts, who live opposite were so friendly and welcoming, on hand if we needed them but also completely respected our privacy. The pool is fabulous and the kids had so much fun, even in the cool enough weather the pool was warm. The house is only a 10/15 min drive from Disney and it was easy to get Ubers everywhere yet you’re also immersed in nature. The kids had so much fun and privacy for themselves too with plenty of space to read, play or watch tv. Thank you to Vic and Mieke for a fabulous family holiday. We will never forget it : )

Exceptional property near Disneyland and Paris

This is an exceptional property (with the most amazing hosts) set in parkland with swimming pool and extremely easy access to travel to Disneyland and into Paris. We were a family of 10 (3 generations) and the accommodation couldn’t have been better to give the children the freedom to play inside or outside. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, kitchen equipment, children’s toys and accessories that make your stay so comfortable. The host Vic was the most helpful both before and during our stay. Even after our stay (when we forgot something) Vic found a solution to get this sorted. Vic even went to get some groceries from the supermarket before our arrival when our flight was delayed. There was also a very welcome bottle of wine to start us off with. Vic checked in a couple of times during our stay when he saw us in the garden and when we arrived back late he left lanterns out in the driveway to welcome us back. Vic was always so keen to do everything to make our holiday comfortable. Can be difficult to find the location of the property due to private no entry drive but this makes it more special, quiet and private and once you’ve found it/taxis locate it it’s very easy to find. Nice walks around lake locally, Val de Europe for all your shopping and plenty of supermarkets and train stations. So just a perfect holiday location.

Our family loved it!

As we entered the gate to the property, everyone was in awe of the beauty of the owner’s residence and our own dream house for the week. The grounds over the entire property are beautiful although it is a work in progress, it was still very well kept. We arrived the first week of April, and there was a lot of landscaping going on in preparation for Spring and Summer. We were greeted with the sounds of nature every morning. We enjoyed bird-watching, and hiking a nearby trail to the river that merges with the Seine River, we saw tulips blooming, and even saw deer on a few occasions. The Dreamhouse is close to Disneyland, Mall shopping and local markets on certain days. We stayed for my Mother and Mother-in-laws 80th birthdays this year and they still can’t stop raving about it. Its rustic charm and modern amenities made us feel at home and the owners Vic and Mieke welcomed us with open arms. We highly recommend you stay here…and stay longer than a week!

Exploring East Paris

My wife and I are on a month long trip around Europe with another couple. We where looking for a unique experience outside of the touristy areas and this place is amazing. Plenty of local shops, 10 minutes from Disney, and about an hour drive to some historic Chateaus or the champagne area. The house is clean, very unique and Vic is the most helpful host you could ask for. I will stay here again.

An Estate In The Woods

Heading to the Paris Olympics, kinda last minute, we found Maison de Jardin. An amazingly private estate in the woods. Vic and Henrietta were amaizing hosts, with some valuable insights on food and attractions that most aren’t aware of. The “House” is really a combination of two older buildings combined into an intimate but open layout. There were 6 of us, and we had plenty of room to spread out. The pool and beautiful gardens just added the right amount of AHHH.

Family stay in July 2024

Having booked this super early and without realising it was the week before the Olympic Games began, we were amazed that it was so secluded and extremely close to Paris centre as well as Disneyland and Val de Europe AND that everywhere wasn’t overcrowded. Our hosts were excellent and super helpful. Absolutely idyllic spot and fantastic pool which the toddlers all really enjoyed. Even had inflatables and a badminton net adjacent for the adults to entertain themselves. We’d certainly come again if wanting a safe environment for the children within easy access of so many sights and attractions. Thank you so much Vic for a memorable and enjoyable stay - Barbara et al

My Paris Experience

If you are looking for Parisian Charm away from the city this property is great. The house was very clean and well stocked for a home away from home. The host were very gracious and helped beyond expectations. Having a car was very helpful in this location. Though there is one bedroom located on first level all other bedrooms have stairs to access. The open family area is a great plus to being together and there was plenty of space and chairs for 10 people. Loved it.

Perfect home for our family. We loved all the things to do, both inside and out to keep kids entertained while at the house. We loved the pool, giant chess board, and the many options for games and movies. Hosts were wonderful and had great communication.

Family holiday

The house was absolutely beautiful. Very well equipped. Great location for Disney. However we didn’t have a car so used Ubers which were also great and Uber eats delivered groceries and an Italian meal. The hosts Vic & Henrietta were lovely and took us shopping on our first day.

Séjour parfait!

Un havre de paix à moins d’1 heure de Paris. La disposition de la maison est idéale pour venir entre amis ou famille avec des enfants et ne pas se gêner quand les enfants se lèvent tôt ou que certains veillent tard. Les perruches et écureuil qui s’arrêtent picorer font le bonheur des enfants. Cueillette de la ferme avec petit marché de bons produits à 5min La piscine est chauffée et très agréable. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins tout en étant très discrets.

Good place

We were 5 adults and 3 children aged 9, 12 and 13. The house is a clever but curious conversion and very spacious. The living area/kitchen can take 10 people easily. 1 double bedroom is on the ground floor with a separate toilet and also a shower/bath room. Another double bedroom with ensuite is on the first floor and also has a single bed (good for a child who needs care/supervision). The third double bedroom is on the second floor and shares a bathroom with the final bedroom room up on the loft floor, which has 3 single beds. We put the kids up at the top because their legs were younger!!! The Dutch hosts who live next door are great and very willing to help and solve any minor issues that arose. Will definitely consider going back when the weather is warmer and the pool is open.
