Buenos Dias Juan, Los sentimos si no le ha gustado su estancia en nuestro Hotel.Somos un boutique Hotel entonces, es verdad que el Hotel es pequeno pero tenemos habitaciones mas grande que podeis reservar.Nuestro check-in es a las 3 de la tarde y el check-out a las 12. Si el hotel esta lleno y las habitaciones no estan listas, por desgracia no podemos hacer el check-in antes y tampoco podemos acceptar una salida tarde por los otros clientes que esperan la habitacion.Los sentimos mucho y esperamos verla otre vez.Un cordial saludo,
