Urlaub im Mai

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Haus war frisch renoviert. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nur 5 Minuten zur Fuss bis an die kleine Bucht. Sehr für Schnorchel zu empfehlen. Wir kommen 2024 wieder.

Great holiday

We had a thoroughly enjoyable 2 weeks. Villa situated a few minutes walk from a nice selection of bars and restaurants and few minutes walk in the opposite direction to a lovely beach. Beach is very popular and you do need to get there pretty early to hire sun-beds. Nice pool at the Villa which gets the sun for the majority of the day. Visited many beaches of which there are plenty if you have a car. Visited Famagusta and Varosha which was extremely interesting and well worth a day away from the beach / pool. Andreas the property owner is a lovely guy and responded to any queries immediately. Would highly recommend this Villa. Thank you Andreas for all your assistance and kindness. Matt, Deb, Jess + Fred

Tolle Unterkunft

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Andreas' villa. The villa is in a great location and combines tranquility with activity. There are bars and restaurants not far from the villa, but you still don't get much of the hustle and bustle in the evening. The villa lacks nothing. It is super clean, well equipped and communication with Andreas was great. Very quick, uncomplicated and cordial. The pool is great and cleaned regularly. Our highlight was the small but very family-friendly beach that was only three minutes away. We'd love to come back. thank you for the good time

Great villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nice pool which was cleaned twice during our 10 day stay . Pool size I'd estimate. 10x5m great for cooling off in. Pool / yard gets full sun all day Beach approx 300m away, quite small so does get a bit packed but nicely placed if you like to swim in the sea Variety of bars/restaurants close by although not as many as other areas in the area. Not a party area, good for anyone looking for a relaxed quiet break Kyriacos (owner) is easy to deal with and will reply promptly to any questions. Would not hesitate to book again Transfer by taxi approx 45-60 minutes which Kyriacos assisted with

Perfect in every way.

Just returned from a 14 night stay and honestly would go back to this villa in a flash. Lots of sunny areas around the pool with the added bonus of an electric sun shade. The big fan by the pool was a big bonus too. Demetris was brilliant nothing was a problem for him and was on it immediately, from a blown bulb in the bedroom to a new gas bottle, really lovely guy with loads of information of the area. The pool is cleaned twice a week by Demetris brother, such a happy guy just like Demetris. We’ve stayed in a villa before where the pool cleaners didn’t even bother to say hello, so was great that theses guys took time to have a laugh and chat. The beds were the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in with plenty of space on the bedrooms. Kyriacos, the owner was great too always replied in an instant, you just know he wants you to have a great holiday and that everything is ok for you. The villa was immaculately clean on arrival with a clean and fresh towels and bedding mid stay. Oh how we miss being there. Will definitely return to the little gem Villa Irini 😍

Long term winter stay at villa irini

We stayed over the winter and although the weather this year was uncharacteristically wet the villa was well enough equipped, warm and comfortable.The outside area both front and rear had areas where we could sit and enjoy the sunshine with a large pool which we made use of when ever we could.The owner Kyriakos visited a couple of times to make sure all was well bringing a couple of bottles of the local wine with him one one occasion which was appreciated.The villa is perfectly situated a short walk from the bars and restaurants and also the beach.I would recommend the villa to anyone who wants the perfect mix of peaceful or lively whatever you fancy.I would like to thank Kyriakos and his maintenance team for making our stay enjoyable. Home from Home Villa Perfectly Situated within Kapparis

Villa Irini is situated in a perfect position in Kapparis. In one direction from the end of the road, is a short walk to the local supermarket where they bake fresh bread daily. A little further to a selection of other shops, bars and restaurants. In the opposite direction from the end of the road also a few minutes walk, are several small sandy beaches with sunbeds and cafe bars. This said the Villa is positioned in a quiet road away from the noise of either! We always choose to take a walk along the elevated coastal path with its beautiful views of the beaches and distant views of the Famagusta Panhandle. Our walk, which is just a little short of 2 miles, brings us back to the far end of the High Street and passes all of the shops, bars and restaurants then back to the villa. In September there is plenty of shade in the pool area but also lots of unshaded space to move the plentiful supply of chairs and sunbeds, if you wish to sunbathe. The pool is a good size and kept well maintained by the friendly caretaker. There is a very good outside shower, useful for keeping cool in the heat too. There is a gas powered BBQ, which we chose to use every other day. Then relax outside while the sun sets. On other evenings, we take the short drive to either Protaras or Ayia Napa where it is a bit more lively than Kapparis itself. Inside the Villa, it has a very well equipped kitchen, dining chairs and table and a large comfortable sofa with TV and everything to make this a home from home, including a very good Internet/Wifi connection. There are 2 bedrooms each ensuite. In my opinion they are very comfortable and spacious. The owner of this Villa, Kyriacos and his caretaker Demetris are very approachable and have always looked after us well. We love Cyprus and this was our 4th stay in this particular Villa over the past 5 years. We return every year and will continue to do so. We would highly recommend Villa Irini for a couple or small family.

Highly recommended villa, better than average villa with great price!

This villa exceeded our expectations as it was our 4th time in Kapparis in similar villas. This house had higher specs and by far the best pool (out of the four 2 or 3 bedroom villas we have stayed in). Inside the house, the lounge area was nicely furnished with a big and comfortable sofa, enough chairs/dining table, the kitchen also was nicely furnished with all the necessary appliances. Good TV and internet connection. We only thought the mattresses in the bedrooms were too soft for our liking. The pool area was also nicely furnished with enough sunbeds, dining table/chairs, and a BBQ! As for the location, it was perfectly located near wonderful beaches and also restaurants and mini-markets. The owner/on-site staff were very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this villa to small families.

Home from home

Second time we have stayed here and we shall be returning, the villa has everything you need, lovely and clean,quite area but plenty of pubs/ restaurants in walking distance, had a couple of issues while there but problems were soon sorted can’t wait to return.

Great stay

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa. It was our first experience of a villa holiday and it won't be the last. To wake up to your own pool and beautiful sunshine you can't beat it. The pool is a really good size and the barbecue was great. We had a few lazy afternoons chilling round the pool and putting the barbecue on. The villa is really close to restaurants and bars about a 5/ 10 minute walk away. We went into Protaras a few nights which was 12 euro each way in a cab. The villa was spotless and has everything you need for a perfect stay.. Would highly recommend and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Not a winter holiday destination

The villa was very nice and everything is as described in the web-site, except it was chilly in the evenings and the TV channels were not very good. The main problem was that we were there in November and the entire area was "closed for the winter" so there was very little choice of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. I think our villa was the only one occupied in what is quite a large holiday homes complex.

The villa is nice, the pool and the villa is clean and the owner fix every thing imdiatly. The beach 5 min walk. We didn't love the bed in the family room, the bed is uncomfortable and the family room is small. Also the bathrooms are quit small and old. A lot of ants in the villa and around it.

secluded yet near all the necessary amenities

So far we stayed 2 times in this lovely villa, the highlights of which is its big pool with the awning. You have enough space (for a couple, at least) to roam, prepare your salad or barbeque and mostly, enjoy the outside space all day long! And although it is only 2 streets off the main one, it is really secluded and quiet.

Deliziosa casa vicina al mare

Deliziosa casa vicina alla spiaggia "firemans" confortevole in ogni angolo con una piscina adatta anche ai bambini più piccoli in quanto una parte e poco profonda, ai lati della piscina ci sono 4 sdraie e tavolo per cenare. Non abbiamo patito il caldo in quanto e presente l'aria condizionata in ogni stanza e camera, così come è comodo i bagni per ogni camera da letto è uno anche nel piano terra. La cucina e completa di tutti gli accessori , si per cucinare che per fare la colazione , comode e molto funzionali sia la lavastoviglie che la lavatrice. Demetris il ragazzo che se ne occupa è molto disponibile e premuroso per qualsiasi necessità. La zona è molto tranquilla con ristoranti e bar che offrono varie tipi di cucina Fortemente consigliato

Second visit : still love it !

Another great stay at Villa Irini, which was even better than we had remembered from last year. This property is beautiful inside and out , and in a superb location moments from MAD ( aka Firemans) beach , perfect for early morning and sunset swims with the grandchildren. Again, Kyriacos was a pleasure to deal with , so a huge thank you to him , and to Demetris and Marina who kept the pool and villa in immaculate condition throughout our stay. See you next year !
