"I'm not one for writing reviews, but we've just returned from Protaras and wanted to say what a great time we had. Communication from our rep George was brilliant. The place was clean, and for us perfectly positioned. Quiet but not too far to get to the beach or shops. We hired a car but there is a bus running very regularly past the villa. Having stayed in Cyprus previously one of the best things about this villa was they don't allow dune buggies, or quad bikes in the grounds. Those things...

"Really spacious villa. Pool is great. Location is brilliant, with a small beach just a minute away, many other larger beaches a small walk away, lots of local cuisine and a bus stop quite close. We had all facilities we needed except for a few things like oven gloves and drying towels. Concierge and villa reps were very kind and responsive and helped us out with all of our queries. A great touch."

"The villa is fairly basic. It has minimal amount of everything really including pillows, no toaster etc. the air con unit in main bedroom is very noisy. Outside is also fairly basic and plain. Pool is great and size of unit and general cleanliness is good. Had trouble with Ants a bit but not a major issue. No maid or change of towels or beds in the 2 week stay. Kapparis is good lovely beaches but all the restaurants really are off the main road through so you have no great views or any sense of...

"Nice villa for a family/quiet stay. The beach nearby is a bit rocky for the kids to get into the water, but there is nice sandy one a bit further. Anyways I would recommend hiring a car and exploring the area around. Not many restaurants in immediate vicinity, but "Poseidon" worked very well for us. The check-in/out was with a locked key, process was very smooth. Cleanliness is very nice. Wifi works well. One minor remark - knives are quite dull in the kitchen."

"We knew our stay was going to be positive from the outset, with prompt responses from the local management team to our last-minute enquiry. The property didn’t disappoint with lovely pool and a nice layout. As with other reviews perhaps a little tired in places at this end of season but nothing a good lick of paint won’t cure. "Excellent location right next to the beach and Villa clean and comfortable, with a lovely sized pool. Jacuzzi bath very broken and would have appreciated washing powder/dishwasher powder being provided but otherwise all was fine."

"Great place, great host, Nicos arranged transfers, supplies a car, stocks the fridge, checks in with you to make sure you have everything you need. Even dropped over on the Saturday to give us a lamb kleftiko to pop in the oven, all prepped and ready to cook. And in 20 years of travelling to Greece and Cyprus Nissiotis restaurant 100 metres away has the best steak and Kleftiko we have ever tasted"

"Arrived at the villa at 1.30am. Easily found with the directions given by the host. Welcome pack was a great touch. Villa was clean, linen clean and fresh. Villa had everything we could need and plenty of room. Pool was a good size. Great powerful outdoor shower. Plenty of outdoor furniture. Good communication from the rental agency. Overall we had a lovely, peaceful, relaxing stay and would love to return one day."

"Das Haus ist recht schön, sollte aber besser gepflegt werden. Es sind zwar nur Kleinigkeiten, aber in Summe machen sie sich dann doch bemerkbar. Ein paar Beispiele : ein Sammelsurium von Töpfen und Pfannen(Teflonbeschichtung nicht mehr vorhanden) und alles ohne Deckel. Dunstabzugshaube defekt. Bei nur 5 Gläsern und 5 Tassen macht ein so großer Geschirrspüler keinen Sinn (Nachhaltigkeit) Ein paar Ablagen über den Badezimmerwaschbecken wären auch hilfreich. Jede Nacht Eimer unter die Klimaanlage...
