Short but enjoyable stay

This is a lovely property and well situated away from the main shops and restaurants but still only a short walk. We were sorry to leave Pinia restaurant until last as we thought it the nicest and it’s just over the road. Thanks for having us.

Palm Villa

Great villa to stay at. Clean and tidy. Has all the facilities and functions that you would want ( air con , cooker , wifi , satellite TV with UK programs plus many other great features) . A nice welcome pack was also provided containing some basic essentials which was appreciated Good location approx 5-10 mins walk to beach ,restaurants' and bars. Main big Supermarket approx 1-2 miles away , so you would need some form of transport if you wanted to go as too far to walk in the heat. A couple of small shops close by selling the basics but unfortunately a couple of the other supermarkets I'd previously used were not open as a result of the pandemic. Communication with Ian was great , especially as we were unsure as to whether we would be able to travel due to Covid. Airport transfers can also be arranged through Ian at a very reasonable price. Overall a fantastic holiday, would happily return to Palm Villa again.

Im Haus war alles notwendige Vorhanden. Aufgrund der schlechten Wetters im Dezember mussten wir sehr viel heizen. Die Klimaanlage mit Heizfunktion erfüllt diesen Zweck jedoch nur bedingt.

Beautiful villa, excellent location!

Second time we have been. Clean, well maintained. Everything you need. The owners and maintenance people couldn’t do enough to make sure we had the best holiday. Feel extremely safe. Just 10 mins walk from shops, bars, beach and restaurants. Can’t wait to go back next year.

Great stay, perfect for kids

Had a great stay in May 2018. We have 3 small children and this villa was just perfect. Had lots to keep them entertained and Ian made the stay run smoothly with the help of Martin. Location was great too. Only thing I would recommend is to have a stair gate at top of stairs too Thanks, we will def look at staying again in a few years

Great villa in an excellent location

From first picking this villa and making contact with the owners, Ian and Sharon, right through to leaving for the airport on our way home, we couldn't have wished for a better holiday. Ian and Sharon were very accomodating in answering our many questions (our first family villa holiday!) and provided many suggestions and recommendations that gave us reassurance prior to booking. The villa itself is great - we are only 2 adults and 2 children so we had loads of space, but even with a couple more, there would still be ample living and storage space. The villa was in tip top condition and we were left a few items to get us started (tea etc) which was a nice touch and the local villa management team were brilliant - Martin was so helpful. The pool is excellent and the team come to clean and check it a couple of times a week (non-intrusive). There is loads of outside space including a shower and the traditional BBQ was great. The location is ideal for a relaxing time too. It is located on a nice quiet development on the edge of Pernera and you can walk into the town via the main road or via the beach within 10 minutes - there are loads of quality restaurants, bars and shops close by (our favourite was at the top of the development so within 5min walk!). We would not hesitate in staying here again and recommending it to anyone who asks. p.s. the WiFi was excellent and the satellite TV was a nice touch when trying to keep two under five kids entertained!

Fantastic villa

The villa was perfect for me and my family. It was in the perfect location, the beach, restaurants and bars were all within walking distance and the bus stop was close for when we wanted to go elsewhere in Cyprus! When arriving at the villa it was extremely clean and well kept, and the welcome pack was great as we did not arrive til late. The owners were extremely helpful before our holiday and checked in while we were away. I would definitely recommend this villa and will be looking to book again!

Beautiful villa

I've stayed at this villa before and loved it each time I've stayed. Only thing difference this time is I have 3 year old who doesn't like to walk far, buggy hire next I think! The villa is beautiful, ian is very accommodating person, I had trouble with my airline and ian sorted the villa in time for me, many thanks. The pool is lovely, cleaned every few days. If you're looking for a quite, relaxing holiday this is the place to go! I would recommend car hire to see more of the island, Lidl not to far for your shopping, we used George a nice taxi man down the road. Overall I would certainly recommend this villa and will definitely go back in the future. Thanks ian,

Fabulous villa, pool in great location

Amazing villa with gorgeous pool all within 10 mins from beach, marina, shops and restaurants. Great for young families and we took teenagers who didn't want to leave. Owner, property manager and pool guy were all first class. Pernera is perfect if you don't want busy nightlife. Great coastal walk. Be back next year 😊

Fantastic, Home from Home

We have been staying in villas on Cyprus for many years. This is without doubt the best one we have stayed in at this end of the island. It is the most well equipped villa we've ever been to, a true home from home. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Pillows have pillow protectors on them, there's more than one tea towel and there were sharp knives in the drawer! The shower is almost like a power shower so you don't need it on full blast. The wifi is good for a family of 3/4 (if they all have phones, iPads etc) and the icing on the cake for us was the amazing TV options. The pool is perfect, there's plenty of room around it to chase the sun if sand and beach aren't for you. There is a proper brick BBQ, which we didn't use, but had we been staying longer we would have. The management team are super friendly and helpful. Would we use this villa again, the answer is, we wouldn't go anywhere else now. Many thanks, we had a fantastic break.

Lovely clean villa. Exactly as described.

The villa was lovely and clean and exactly as described. It was a short walk from all bars shops etc but no more than 10 minutes. We had a toddler with us and had to be alert as the pool was very close to the back door. The only other slight negative, we arrived at 10pm and there wasn't a welcome pack of milk or bread etc this was quite disappointing ! On the whole though the villa was lovely. I would recommend and definately stay there again Thanks

Beautiful Villa

This is a brilliant holiday villa, this was our third visit and we enjoyed the holiday as much as the first time. Its got loads of room, the pool is always kept clean and Pernera is a great holiday destination. We always consider going somewhere else but we know what we are getting for our money here and when you are paying for a family its important to know you will have a good time. Look forward to going again

A FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY

This is the second time me and my family have been here in two years. And can't wait to go again...the location is excellent. It's has its own private pool which is very good. Inside the villa is beautifully decorated. Outside is great too...we couldn't ask for a better holiday....a big thank you again to Ian & Sharon

Great Villa in a fabulous location

Villa and pool was excellent and in a great location. Would recommend to friends and family and looking forward to visiting again. The Villa is located in an excellent location close to the beach and local bars & restaurants. We walked to the beach most days and we walked most mornings to fig tree bay along the coastal path. In the evening we would walk to the restaurants and bars which took us 5mins. Local restaurants and bars had something to suit all taste and very reasonably priced. Local beach had a number of sun loungers, volleyball courts and water sports. The villa came equipped with a pool, outside shower, large BBQ, A/C and TV. The villa also benefited from having the sun all day long which was great to sunbathe. The entire villa was very clean with all three bedrooms benefiting from comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. Communication with Ian and Sharon was great and everything was done as expected. Family holiday in Cyprus

The Villa was just as described, it was perfect for a family with children, having the constantly accessiblility of our own pool, which the boys jumped into as soon as they arrived even though it was 10.30 at night. The Villa is within walking distance of Pernera and lots of places to eat. It is within walking distance of the bus stop so easy to access Paralimni, Protaras and Ayia Napa although there is a lovely boardwalk along the beach into Protaras if you fancy a walk in the evening. Bus is cheap and easy and air conditioned. The management team were great. There is a Big Red Bus ride which is worth a trip out on and that collects you from Pernera. The water park in Ayia Napa is fantastic and can be accessed via the bus. First visit to Cyprus thoroughly enjoyed the location and the weather.

Fantastic holiday

We had a fantastic holiday. Your villa was very spacious and in the perfect location for visiting the surrounding areas. The villa contained everything required for a self catering holiday and the outdoor toys, such as the lilo and bat and ball, were a nice addition for my children. Overall our holiday was superb, your villa was in an excellent position as it was not overlooked or closed in by other villas and the outside area was very spacious. AR August 2009

Another great holiday

June 2009 June & I visited the villa at 44 Orestiada from the 7th of June until 21st 2009. Having used Ian’s first villa twice in recent years which in itself is a property of high standards, this new one is taking a self catering villa holiday to a higher level. Spacious and comfortable as well as a large outside space with your own pool, ideal for cooling down in the hot sun. Within walking distance is a selection of restaurants with a choice of very competitive menu’s. Hiring a car allows you to explore the island with its many beaches close by and as they drive on left making the holiday driving experience an enjoyable one. Not to be missed!!!

Very comfortable stay

" We enjoyed a very comfortable stay at 44 Orestiada. The property is almost new and very well equiped with a wonderful secluded pool and BBQ area. It's part of a very quiet development, but a ten minute walk will take you to the bars and restaurants of Pernera. The beach at Ayia Triada is also only a short walk away and so a car is not imperative, especially as there is also a bus service to Ayia Napa. However, it's worth hiring for at least a few days of your stay to explore the Island" Peter, May 2009
