"This property is managed by a property management company. They were responsive to communications (and we appreciated that), but seem to have had no flexibility about anything outside policy. Written responses were all pro forma and impersonal.Checking in was a disaster. The door-lock mechanisms did not work and it took a long time late in the evening to contact the management. "This was such a great escape from the city hustle and bustle. Our hosts were AWESOME. The apartment had everything we needed. The alpacas and the host cocker spaniel were the cherry on top. Most relaxing weekend I've had in a very long time. Take a moment to relax in the hammock while watching the alpacas do their thing. Will most definitely be going back. I recommend this stay to anyone wanting to relax and get back to nature."
