⸻This stay was not the best compared to others my partner and I have experienced. The apartment building itself is extremely dirty—so much so that we avoided the indoor hallways altogether and only used the outdoor steps to get in and out. The inside of the building is disgusting, with trash bags piled behind the stairs, filthy steps, and overall poor upkeep.The floor we stayed on was also disturbing. There was hair and even socks left in the hallway, and the unit itself was not properly cleaned. The couch had hair on it, and we felt so uncomfortable that we bought all new sheets and cleaned everything ourselves just to feel somewhat at ease.The host was also very unclear about important details, including how to properly access the building. She couldn’t give me a clear answer when I asked, which added to the frustration. The unit itself was very dark with only a few lamps, no proper lighting, and the doors felt unsafe and janky—we even had to purchase a safety door stopper.Overall, this was a very disappointing and uncomfortable stay. The only positive thing I can say is that the neighborhood itself was quiet and nice.
