Great house & good value

Enjoyed Spring Break at this house! Good location. Great value. Note that bunk room beds are not twin--they are smaller than that and great for little kids, but not teens!

Perfect house!

My sister and I brought teens down for spring break. This house was perfect… 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor for us and 3 bedrooms upstairs for the teens. The location is great too.. we walked to everything - beach, restaurants, shops. The pool is a short walk away.

Great Fall Break

Everything about this location is perfect! Especially if you have middle/high schoolers. During fall break, tons of kids hanging out, riding bikes, etc. The kids kept busy all day long and said it was the best time! The house was perfect and so very clean. We will definitely be going back!

Beautiful paradise

Incredible location. Loved the house and how spacious and clean it was. It felt like home away from home. Beautiful community pool and the beach was the most beautiful beach I’ve seen in Florida, and it was very close to the house (10 minute walk) I will definitely continue to come back.

Upper Deck = Top Shelf

The 30a region is beautiful, as is the house, and we enjoyed our stay overall. Proximity to the pool was a plus. But the pool being closed 2 days was frustrating for our 5 kids ages 2-9. The tram is a nice service; but the beach access was much more limited than we expected <120 feet and jam-PACKED. We ended up loading the car and driving over to Inlet Beach to have enough room for the kids to play. Would have loved to have access to a grill nearby. My wife had unexpected surgery 2 weeks before our stay; so climbing 19 stairs to the bedroom with a walker was a challenge. But handicap accessibility was not part of our original plan. So no blame there. Thanks to a great staff at the pool, they managed well the crowded conditions and intense competition for poolside chairs.

Poor Location Nice Property

Property was great. The idea of a private beach and the shuttle service sounded great. Reality was not so good. There were long waits for the shuttle service standing in the hot sun with small kids. The very small private beach of Seacrest was way overcrowded. Too little beach for too many people. On top of that 75% of the beach was taken up with chair and umbrella vendors. If you didn't want to spring for hundreds of dollars for the beach set up you are out of luck. There was literally nowhere for our family to set up on the beach. We wound up having to drive to Inlet beach which was much better, but not what we had in mind with the "convenience" of the shuttle service to the private beach.

Great location

Overall we enjoyed our stay here! The location was great and the included bikes were so nice to have. My only complaint is the mattresses (specifically in the master bedroom) were not very comfortable. It seemed like it may be time to replace that one. I also wish that the tv in the living room had access to Netflix, etc. which is essential sometimes with younger kids. Again, overall a nice stay.

Great place to stay

This home was lovely and we would definitely stay again. Things to improve... towels and pillows. Like most rentals the furniture and rugs are used and abused. Not the owners fault but the age is definitely starting to show in the chairs and rugs upstairs. Otherwise lovely. Thank you for a great stay. Kitchen was well stocked. Appreciate being able to use your lovely home. Thank you!! Great memories!!

Great house in the middle of everything!

We have stayed in Seacrest and Rosemary area for 10 years now and this house fits the bill. It had everything me and my family needed for the week. 30A Cottages was also very helpfully and responsive.

Wonderful home

This home is beautiful. It was very clean and is located in a convenient part of the Seacrest community. My only suggestion would be to please provide additional pillows in each bedroom.

Great place for a family

Overall everything was great. The house had plenty of space and the neighborhood/location is fantastic. My only complaint is I wish they had a grill, which it seemed most other houses did(and the handbook for the house even mentioned(?)). Still a very nice vacation spot.

Amazing stay!!!

We stayed in this home with 7 adults and 2 children under 12. It was well maintained and clean. The community is wonderfully laid out. The community staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing!! The littles (and young adults) loved it! However, I was glad that I read the other reviews as there are only 2 pillows on the queen and king beds and the others only had one per bed. I do recommend driving to the public beach if you have littles. The private beach did not have space for us to spread out as a large family. Also, an outdoor grill is listed, but there was not one when we arrived.

Oh So Sweet !

The family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Upper Deck. The home is comfortable and furnished nicely. Community is a perfect location for a multi-family vacation with plenty of room and storage space. We enjoyed the third floor deck early mornings and late evenings, the beach tram service is convenient with friendly drivers.

Great space near the beach!

Location was awesome and having other bikes was really helpful. Would be awesome if there were also boogie boards! There were barely enough pillows for our family of 6 but we each like 2 pillows each. May want to consider more pillows for guests like us who are pillow-spoiled! ;) Would definitely stay there again! Great decor!

Super clean

We came down to the beach as a quick last week before school stars thing. We could not have had a better time. This house was perfect for us and our friends. The location is great, a short walk to the beach or you can take a tram as well. You can walk everywhere. The pool was super close as well. To top it all off the house was spotless when we arrived and communication was great before we even got to the beach. I highly recommend renting this place and we will definately come back.

end of summer getaway

Clean property, love the shuttle cart that is offered at Seacrest. Makes getting to the beach with littles so much easier. The bunk room was a hit! Convenient to the town center also.

Perfect Seacrest Location

This was my first time visiting 30A and now I understand why so many people love it! Our stay at The Upper Deck was quite comfortable and we would certainly re-book without hesitation. The Property Management was extremely helpful when I had questions or even when it came to checking in and/or out. And even though we stayed during the beginning rumblings of COVID-19, I will look forward to coming back to 30A to experience some of the shops, restaurants and beaches that were unexpectedly closed. Even with the closures, the trip was A+. It never hurts to slow down and spend time with those you love. Thank you for an exceptional week during trying times.
