    Esta gran y espaciosa casa de 4 dormitorios / 4 baños tiene toneladas de luz solar natural y se actualizó recientemente con muebles de alta gama y una decoración profesional con un diseño clásico de elegancia costera. Disfrute de maravillosas vistas al océano desde la gran terraza abierta del tercer piso con cómodos asientos al aire libre y un bar con fregadero en el piso superior. Mire el amanecer con un café en la cama desde el dormitorio principal del tercer piso, luego pase la (s) hora (s) feliz (s) en la terraza del piso superior tomando cócteles y disfrutando del atardecer después de un día en la playa.

    La casa duerme 10 en camas con tres habitaciones king (dos con camas adicionales) y una habitación queen. Great location and amenities within the complex. Layout of the home was great and accommodated everyone in our group. The home was definitely showing its age in a few places and is overdue for some projects to bring it back to where it should be. This community shares the local beach access with everyone else so there is very limited room to bring your own chairs/umbrellas which forces you to pay the high prices of the local chair/umbrella vendors.

Location is excellent. Nice to have bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas available. Bed rooms and bathrooms were clean. Neigboorhood is beautiful and secure. Close to shopping and eating.Grill igniter is broken, use fire stick.

Perfect location - close to everything !! We could easily walk to beach and resort pool ,Alys and Rosemary in just a 5 minute walk!!! Bikes being included along with beach chairs was very nice also. We had a wonderful stay.

We had the best time! This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it does not disappoint. The communication with Ryan (host) was great. The property is super clean and beautifully decorated. The location can't be beat with so many amazing shops and restaurants in walking distance. We will look to book again next year (or sooner)! Thanks Ryan for an amazing stay!

The location was convenient to everything we wanted - great shops and restaurants. Loved the crepe shop and the candy shop. Lots of places to sit outside and enjoy the sun and fresh air. Little chilly but it was December. Considering a trip back when it is warmer. :-)Would recommend to anyone wanting to get away.

Such a beautiful house and a great location! Our family of 6 loved staying here for our summer vacation! We were so close to the pool and beach, and our daughters loved the bikes. The house was large and clean and had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again one day!

We stayed here for Spring Break with our family! The space was great for a family of 6, bedrooms had plenty of space! We were disappointed in the condition of the main living space, the main level had broken tile in several spots that were covered up with area rugs that were curled up and a tripping hazard. The home is situated on the walkway to the beach and backed to a busy street and the noise made it difficult for the grandkids to sleep! The house did not come with any beach chairs and only had 5 beach towels! Seemed odd that a beach house didn’t really have any basic beach supplies! The outdoor spaces were furnished with very comfy furniture and loved the primary bedroom upstairs with a coffee bar!

The house was in a great location, and was the perfect space for our group. Beds were comfortable and had everything been working/available as advertised I’d highly recommend it. Unfortunately, the wifi was out, which they did fix as quickly as they could. And extremely unfortunate, the pool was closed for renovations and this was not disclosed to us at all. We loved this place but were really bummed to not have the pool as expected.

Great Experience

Outstanding and spacious home in an excellent central location. It is 5-10 minutes walk of any notable sight, shop, restaurant, or beach in Alys or Rosemary Beach. It is also within 2 minutes walk from the pool, which we didn’t get to use in our short stay of a few days, but looked great.We will be back whenever we visit the area again

Great location. Close to beach, pool, and town center. House could use some tlc but beautifully furnished. Plenty of beach gear. Lots of stairs if that is an issue. Beautiful rooftop for morning coffee and sunset. Beach area gets crowded but other options nearby. Pool is large and fun for young kids.

Great location. Close to beach.

The house was the closest to the beach and it was only a two minute walk. Three stories which was terrific to see all the fireworks along the beach from the second and top balconies. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The complex pools were close as well. Wonderful time.

Perfect location ….

This is a lovely house and in a perfect location. It is very well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes. The pool is gorgeous and beach access super close and easy. It is a perfect spot to bring teenagers and have family time. Will definitely visit again!!!
