Good Day Getaway Spring Break 2025

Great place for one or more families. We had 7 in our party and hosted 4 more and had plenty of room. Be prepared to walk several flights of stairs multiple times as main kitchen is on 3rd floor and house entrance is on 1st floor. There is an elevator but it is slow. Good price, quick access to beach and just a 10 minute bike ride to Rosemary. Would suggest downloading the access code prior to getting to the property as cell/internet service is not good until you get inside and log into the Wi-Fi. It would be helpful to have a binder located In the property on how to use the grill, hot tub, close the hurricane doors, use the cable box and other FAQs as I had to call/text for the answers. Property Could use additional items such as broom/dustpan, potholders and plastic cups. Additional upgrades could include better water pressure in showers, detachable shower heads and re-grouting the pool. Overall it is worth the price and Luxury 30A was helpful in addressing any concerns I had.

Perfect vacation getaway

The house was perfect for our family vacation. We had two families and the house was perfect. Very spacious and the location can't get any better. It was close enough to local shops and restaurants but nice and quiet at night. It had all the amenities we needed to just relax for the week without worrying about anything. We would definitely stay again!

Bachelorette Getaway

This property is amazing. Each bedroom is very large and the beds and linens were equivalent to luxury hotels. The balconies made it even better. The location and views of ocean were spectacular. The swimming pool and hot tub were great after a day at the beach, bike ride or shopping at the nearby squares. We would absolutely book this property again! Checking in and checking out was super easy through text messages. management was super accommodating and available through texts to answer any questions at all.

Fabulous farewell to summer

We loved the home and the location! It is wonderful to have the elevator — and other fabulous perks like the ice maker and the bikes. It was comfy for our group of 8, with lots of room to spread out. This week the beach was INCREDIBLE with NO crowds at all. Thanks so much for everything.

weekend family get together

This home has it all. It's close to the ocean with beautiful ocean views. It is well stocked and was perfect for a quick family get together. The third floor allows nightly meals and game play. Kids loved the pool( albeit small) and hot tub. Bikes, beach chairs, toys, you name it, it is there. The property managers are responsive and helpful.. The neighborhood is quiet but right off 98 and 30A so close to shopping, entertainment and great restaurants. Highky recommend.

Elevator didn’t work and the property does not have 6 bedrooms like it was described

The property has 3 floors, the main kitchen and dining room are on the 3rd floor. With a special needs child and elderly parents it was impossible to go up the stairs as there are 4 flights of stairs to get there. The elevator was out of service and had to stay in the bottom floor that had a small kitchenette and small space for the family to gather. This property does not have 6 bedrooms, it only has 3 bedrooms. The other 3 so called bedrooms Is small areas on the 3rd floor that only fits a mattress, the 2nd floor has 2 twin bunk bed and the 3rd is a wall bed where the kitchenette is - no privacy! I will say that the property manager was very responsive.

The house is beautifully designed, very large, and right next to the beach. We had the most beautiful views of the sunset over the beach every night.

Just a few steps from the beach

Beautiful, comfortable house just a few steps from the beach. We enjoyed a lot our vacation!!! I went with my husband and our four daughters (11, 10, 8 and 3 years old). Every body had lot of fun!!!! Thanks for the owner for the prompt responses for my questions!

Great Location!

The beach is so nice and so easy to access from Jen’s home! Three very nice master suites & a great kitchen if you have a chef in the family which we do! Jen communicated very well and we love the beach yet luxurious feel of the place!

Good spot

We stayed here with six adults and four kids. In law suite and elevator were perfect for our group. Beach is a short walk and the beach gear and bikes were great. Very nice views of the water. I don’t think the description mentions that it’s a duplex but other side was vacant during our stay.

Great Vacay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was clean and the pics accurately displayed the layout and rooms. The property manager was easy to contact and quick to answer questions or help with anything we needed. I would highly recommend this property.

Nice location

The location and home are both wonderful! Short walk to the beach and the views are amazing!! Had some minor issues communicating with the owner upon arrival and our beach chairs and umbrella weren't put out either. Other than that is was a beautiful property and we enjoyed our annual family vacation!

Everything Your looking for and more!!

Beach views from all 3 balconies. The top "crows nest" was a sweet spot to watch fireworks and take family pictures. The downstairs studio apartment served our family well with full kitchen and bath the pool was steps away. Large master bedrooms - so much room for the entire family. The neighborhood was quite and easy walk to the beach. Hoping to go back again soon. Thanks to the owners for allowing us to enjoy their beach house. Cheers to the Beach!
