Property location was great. There were some issues with the house that were addressed day one with property manager who was very nice. Unfortunately some of the things could not be fixed while we were there.

very nice house to stay in in panama city beach florida. the house and pool were great. access to the beach was easy. the only issue we had was taking our stuff up and down all the steps to the beach. it has alot of steps and straight down. the beach is also private right next to it so you cant use that section of the beach.

Wonderful House/Location

Loved this beautiful home and just minutes from the beach! It’s literally a 2 minute walk to the private door to get to the beach. One thing to note, you have to walk down approximately 50 stairs to hit the sand. And after the beach, we came home to a private pool in the back. The garage was filled with all kinds of beach/pool gear to make our visit even better. There were bikes, beach chairs, a wagon, pool toys, boogie boards and more. All the kids loved it. If you’re looking for a wonderful escape with all the comforts of home, this place is it. We wholeheartedly recommend it and hope others enjoy it as much as we did.

Perfect family trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house has everything you need for your trip and to enjoy 30A! Literally everything - from towels and linens to a fully equipped kitchen and even beach gear, pool gear and bikes!! The location is convenient for a quick walk to the beach or bike ride to nearby towns and shops. The pool offers a great alternative to the beach. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy!

Perfect family getaway

My family of 4 with 10/13 year old kids along with my parents *and* the dog... all enjoyed the home, neighborhood, and the beach. The 3 levels was perfect to split up the chaos. The pool was perfect. All the toys in the garage helped too. A great stay ... perfect for families with kids.

Wonderful family vacation!

Perfect location for our beach vacation. We hosted our kids and grand kids (3 couples and 3 kids). Loved the quiet neighborhood, and short walk to the amazing beach! The house has a bedroom and bathroom on each level.

Spring Break 2025

This was our second year in a row that we stayed here and the stay gets better and better each year. Location is great with a short walk tot he beach and short drive to Panama City & Destin. The pool at the house is a great refresher from the beach. We will be back next year!!!

Great Stay in FL

This was our first VRBO in the panhandle of FL. A very lovely house and the location so excellent. The house was lovely. Very accurate description. This was the first time we used VRBO with a pool and it was excellent. The kids and adults loved it. While the house and pool were great, the access to a very nice, wide beach was also very beautiful. The best of both water worlds. Easy access to house. Well supplied kitchen. thanks for the opportunity to share this Florida experience.

Great stay with family at a great house

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely house! Great location to the private beach access, plenty of pool/beach toys for kids, well appointed house that was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was super easy and check in/check out was easy.

Christmas in August

Purchase a vacation each year for our family for Christmas. We love this home, just recently returned home from our 3rd stay...my young grandson refers to it as "Grammy's Beach House"...truly is our home away from home. Location is wonderful, great host and property manager is very responsive. Each time we return the house/furnishings have been updated in some way. Private pool is well used during our stay...and we get to bring our small dogs. A great little retreat for our growing family. Couldn't ask for more! Looking forward to returning and continuing to make memories here!!!

Great location, lots of steps down to the beach

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in a great location, close to Publix, Shades and The Donut Hole restaurants (which we enjoy), shopping in Rosemary Beach and there is plenty of space for family. The pool area is nice as well with much needed shade. The garage had lots of pool/beach toys and chairs and a wagon to take items down to the beach. There is also a washer and dryer in the garage and an additional refrigerator which is helpful. A couple of cons: The owner needs to clean out the cupboards as there was no place to put groceries! Also, many of the pans/skillets/cookie sheets need to be replaced. (I'm not expecting All Clad but some of the pans are really shabby). Also, like most houses in this area, this is vertical living. If that's not for you, then heads up. Finally, while the private beach access is close, it's at least 60 steps down to the beach. (The beach is nice once you get there). The property manager was very nice and responsive.

Great Stay

The house was perfect for our family (5 adults and 2 kids ages 4 and 2-1/2). The location is very close to the beach and easily within walking distance. The pool was perfect after a day at the beach. No complaints at all!

Great place!!

Great house for families! Plenty of room for everyone. We are an extremely picky family and very hard to please and we were satisfied with our stay at this home. The pool is small but a great thing to have right outside in the backyard. The wall to the beach is short, however, the climb back up the steps is a bit steep. I will say that our only two complaints would be more linens, definitely need more bath towels, and maybe an upgrade of some of the mattresses. Other than that we were completely comfortable and satisfied with the house.
