Girls trip

Clare’s cottage is in the perfect location! We walked into town often, over to Inlet beach, and really enjoyed the private beach access and pool as well. Check in and out was smooth. The cottage was very spacious!

Your perfect beach trip starts here!

This home is stunning! The home was very clean. There wasn’t one part in the house that felt dirty (I’m extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness). The beds were very comfortable. My Mom, who has a bad back, was able to fall asleep quickly. The home is beautifully furnished. There’s plenty of necessities in the kitchen and an abundance of toiletries that lasted our big group the whole weekend. We opted to have the pool heated. The temperature was perfect, and you can’t beat a $25 per day charge (most rentals charge $50+!). The beach is so close! It’s literally two houses away from the beginning of the boardwalk. The beach is private to Lounge Vue residents and guests so it’s never busy. The bikes were a nice touch! Our four teens enjoyed them very much and used them all weekend (riding down to Starbucks every morning was thier favorite). We all walked down to Rosemary Beach for some shopping and food. It was a short and pleasant walk. We had a wonderful weekend and will definitely be coming back to Clare’s Cottage!!

Spring Break Perfection

My family rented this property for a week-long spring break getaway. The property is as advertised, with plenty of space for all and several family members were able to work remotely for a few days (no Wi-Fi issues). The location is super, the beach steps away and the kitchen stocked well enough with utensils, small appliances, cook and bakeware to cook for an army! The managing company, 30A Luxury Rentals, were excellent and responded promptly when we had been given the wrong gate code to access the property on Sunday evening. I would absolutely stay here again!

ceiling leak

During the stay, the ceiling leaked and I immediately took pictures and texted to PM and they came and installed fans and dehumidifiers. It was a major ordeal Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We need a refund for the five days and PM agreed they would. Please let me know when the five days refund will occur. Thank you

We loved the house and location! Walking/biking Distance to seacrest, Rosemary, and alys beach….beautiful, comfortable home with delightful pool…beach access and proximity were worth every penny and made for a relaxing family week!

Amazing house, beware of check in though!!!

I can't say enough good things about this house, location, size, comfort, outside patio, pool. It has EVERYTHING you would want for an amazing group vacation. I think the best part was the private beach. The public beach was packed, but being in the private beach area made it sooo much better. The house itself is big and beautiful also, and the location is PERFECT, close to everything! I could go on and on, there are so many great things. Perfect for families. We hung out on the covered patio area every night. My only complaints about the house would be that they don't provide beach towels, which is kinda silly. Also, a few things were broken, like the door under the kitchen sink, and the handle of the dishwasher...but I think that's all kind of normal stuff with a rental. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars was the check in is HORRENDOUS!!!! We were told 5pm was check in, later than normal because of covid cleaning etc. Well we made plans for a 6:45pm dinner thinking that would give us plenty of time to get in the property and go to dinner. We arrived SUPER early as our flight was early. However, we had planned that we would not be in the house all day. We made plans so we could be busy all day. We had young kids with us we had to really plan well. Towards the end of the day we finally went to the beach expecting to get in the house at 5pm or just after. WEll, they didn't text us until 6PM!!! Could we have been so unlucky that we were the last house cleaned? We didn't even get a courtesy call to let us know it would be so late. I finally did call at 5:30pm and they said they were doing a final inspection and it would be a few more minutes. Well, 30 mins later we finally got the text. If check out is at 9am and you can't get guest in until 6pm I would say, get more cleaning crews, b/c that's just ridiculous. We had such a great time, despite the check in, but it's really awful that check in was 6pm and check out was 9am. I wish they would say check in could be as late at 6pm, set expectations!!!

Perfect location, gorgeous home!

We have stayed in many condos and rental homes in a 2 block span of this house, and this one was by far the nicest! The furniture and decor is straight out of a magazine, and we were in awe of the home. We had 4 adults, 4 kids 6 and under, and an infant- it was more than enough room for our 2 families. It was so nice having the pool be so open to the kitchen so you could cook and see the kids swimming. The bedrooms were all very nice, with the most comfy mattresses and linens. We all slept so well. The house has very good curtains and they all were black out and provided perfect darkness in the morning. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need. The appliances are high end, and the fridge is huge! The boardwalk that leads to the beach is just 2 houses down so it’s about a 45 second walk to the boardwalk, AMAZING! The private beach does not allow any personal chairs, umbrellas, tents, you are required to purchase them. That was a little annoying because we had brought a lot of chairs and umbrellas and couldn’t use them. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Gorgeous home, perfect location!

Beautiful house. Perfect place to stay in Rosemary Beach

We had a group of 8 women staying there to celebrate a 50th birthday. The location was great - easy to walk to restaurants and shops and an even shorter walk to the beach. The house is stunning! Clearly no expense was spared in the building or designing of the place. The set up is great with large common rooms and kitchen but we all had privacy as well. Perfect little pool with enough room for a big group to gather around. Planning to go back!
