We are happy as clams with this vacation. The immediate view upon entering is beautiful! Probably the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen, truly, and this townhome is in a beautiful spot—not crowded but folks around on beach and Nextdoor. We’ve never been to PCB before and found it different from our usual trips to southern Fla Gulf areas—more family oriented attractions, quite casual and much more DOG friendly just about everywhere with outdoor patios. The home itself is well explained on VRBOs site and pics are very up to date. It is very small but very perfect for two dog. The winding staircase to get to the bedroom was more of a challenge ( again the description highlighted that so we weren’t surprised) for our dog. So one of us slept on the pull down bed on first floor and it worked very well and was comfy (No judgment please!). House not hotel-clean but very good for a beach house. We would have appreciated a few small cleaning products to use while there for tub/shower but it was wonderful to have washer/dryer so handy and ‘free.’ I cannot say enough WONDERFUL about the owner/agent. Lovely to deal with from the first moment, pleasant, kind and immediately responsive before our stay, during and after. No issues yet she made herself available. Recommend her/them to the moon and back. Did I mention this is a gorgeous beach and a lovely house! Overall EXCELLENT. Actually hope to return there again soon. Truly.

We had an amazing stay for spring break 2026. Just two of us stayed but easily could’ve had two more with the murphy bed downstairs. Great views! Lived the deck and being able to walk right onto the beach. Communication was amazing with the owners. Not sure we will stay anywhere else when down here!

I wish I could give this place more stars, but there were a few issues. The biggest issue for us was the lack of privacy while sitting on the back deck. Only curtains, not a wall, separated each unit's deck from the deck next door. Also I admit I didn't look at the pictures of the unit close enough. Had I done so, I would have noticed that the kitchen sink was extremely small as was the refrigerator. They actually were the type that you might find in a small camper. The bathroom upstairs was great but the toilet tank downstairs was so slow filling up that I actually had to get a pot from the kitchen to refill it if I wanted to flush twice, unless I wanted to wait several minutes for it to fill up on it's own. Now don't get me wrong, the hosts were great about helping out when we had a couple issues with the coffeemaker not working (they had a new one delivered) and when the smoke detector started beeping (the handyman came quickly and took care of it). And also there was a nice view from the deck. But overall we won't be staying in this unit again.

We loved our stay! The host was very accommodating as we arrived very early. The air did go out while we were there but she was very fast at getting someone to get there quickly to fix it. This town home was very clean and so adorable! We would definitely stay here again!

Wording

First of all, I really hate blasting people online, especially in reviews, but this needs to be said, so unexpecting vactioners know exactly what they're getting. Instead of wording that is not telling the whole story. Fist off, the few steps out of the unit to the beach is the best thing about the rental and the price is attractive too! Not overly priced! The unit, is very small, they use cozy as a discretion, Maybe for 2 people, it would be great, but not 2 people with a 10yr old. Very close quaters! The actual door to the unit is nothing more than a regular interior door in a normal house. Its a cheap interior door used as a main door, light comes in all the way around it, not type of weather stripping, it does have a key pad on it, but thats all you have, a good push and its coming open! Should be a solid entry door, not a 75 interior door, you buy at home depot. The washer and dryer is shared with the unit thats 36 inches, across from your door. Which also has a cheap interior door. The master suite was nice, remolded bath, marbel countertop, but the glass bowls, and fixtures leaked, and ran all over the top when washing hands and brushing teeth.

Very nice accomodations as advertised. The only issues we found was the grill knobs are broken. We were able to get one side to work and cook a couple of steaks. The water hose control for rinsing off sand is up under the deck, making it difficult to clean your feet before going up the stairs and the deck rope light does not work...very minor issues, The location is great with beautiful views. Overall, a great vacation and great place to stay.

Location, location, location

We have stayed at these Townhouses before - the location is perfect for us. There is construction right in front of the townhomes but it will be finished in the next month(July). PCB is making much needed road repairs - its progress. No problem finding where to turn in to the units.The Win Dixie and CVS is right across the street - with everything you need.We normally cook in to avoid long waits at restaurants - the condo has an equipped kitchen. Full size ground coffee maker, toaster, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, stove. No garbage disposal though.The new covered porch was awesome - there is a tornado fan in the corner that we used to get a breeze and to blow the tiny beach mosquitos away. I do wish the fan circuit was on a separate line than the porch light. It was silly to have the porch light on when using the fan during the day and maybe change light bulbs to the yellow lights for the turtles at night.The unit was clean, new furniture downstairs, was very happy with the unit and will stay again.

Perfect Get-away

This property is very nice, and feels safe. The interior is fresh, clean and feels new. The back deck/steps lead right to your own section of beach. This owner communicates well and timely. I won't stay anywhere else at PCB!

Beachside Joy was exactly that ! It’s exactly as the photos on the site show . What a great experience ! The location is great ,close to shopping center for groceries and close to entertainment! It was my husband and I and our 3 year old son and the size was perfect , could have fit another 2-3 more people . The beach was amazing ,clean and not overcrowded everyone in the neighboring houses all had their own spaces on the beach . Great shelling beach too ! The owner was so so nice and VERY quick to respond ! We enjoyed our stay so much we ended up extending our stay to our luck there was availability! Also 10 minutes from a new attraction called Pirates Voyage Dinner experience 10/10 for a family of all ages . I would definitely come back !

Beach Getaway

We loved this property! Check-in was a breeze, everything was clean, and the new overhead patio covers were a great addition to this location. New privacy curtains were installed outside, as well as new couches inside. Only issue was that the upstairs TV had no functionality during our trip (no cable/smart TV) but the downstairs one works great! Owners were very friendly and I would highly recommend this spot to anyone!

Christmas getaway

Although location was great the place was run down and bug infested. I seen cockroaches in kitchen and each morning woke with mysterious red itching welts on my arms and legs. When I contacted the property manager she said they had just acquired the property and did not have a chance to overhaul it. No excuse. For the money I psid I expected a clean room without bugs. Dishwasher was broken half the flatware was missing as well as smoke detectors. Horrible facilities. Shame on you. Hope you address before the next guest

A very nice accommodation for a couple or small family. Great location and beautiful beach, yet no crowds on the sand! Would liked to have had a permanent deck cover since the umbrella provided with the very nice deck seating was not sufficient for shade, particularly when grilling on the deck.

Great Location!

We loved the view and location. It was great being able to walk back to the townhouse if we needed a break from the beach. It was nice to be able to cook meals (including grilling) and eat them on the patio. The new owner was very responsive with any needs.

While we love this property area, we did not like the vinegar washed towels. The spiral staircase was unique. I would definitely suggest a better cleaning service, but my wife and I did enjoy our time at the beach.

Perfect

I went for a quick getaway to recharge, just me and my pup, and this place was absolutely perfect! I sat on the porch and ate my lunch with the most beautiful view. You’re literally steps away from the ocean! I will definitely be booking here again!
