Ok I am going to try to hit the important points. First, the customer service is great! The property manager was very communicative and informative. I didn't have to ask for any info before we checked in. We had a door code issue and it was handled in under 3 minutes. The view is amazing!! The views are from the living room/kitchen and one of the upstairs bedrooms. It's beautiful! The walk to the beach is literally minutes away. It's private access to the beach right off the lower deck. The upper deck right off the living room is covered and has curtains for privacy. The curtains for privacy was an awesome touch! The location of the town homes is perfect! You're right in the middle of everything. There is a great convenient store steps across the street. There are several eating places within walking distance. Pier Park is less than a mile away which puts everything within a 5 minute drive. Target and Walmart are within that drive. Pulling out of and into the complex is easy! There are condos (not a super big one) pretty close so on the beachside you can hear the live band/dj when they have them. On the beachside you can also hear neighbors if they are loud on their decks. The pictures are not updated. The townhome could use a little renovation but it was clean, normal wear and tear.The view, distance from beach and distance from everything in the area made it worth it! The view you see in the listing is even better in person. We pretty much stayed on the deck all day.
