Great location and a great value. Pros - water pressure, location, space.Cons - 3 extremely large cockroaches visited us and the mattresses need to be updated immediately.

Beach House

The vacation rental had everything we needed and was very close to the beach and shopping. The bike trail was so much fun and close to shopping.

Great location

This is a very nice and clean listing, the location can't be beat with just a few steps to the public beach access and close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The unit had everything we needed. Check in was seamless. One opportunity for improvement would be to place some more chairs on the front porch so larger parties can sit.

Beach Daze- Hot Days- Cold Beer

Awesome trip! So grateful for the experience. 30A is a Hootin’ time, the house perfectly hit all expectations, didn’t exceed any expectations, but was satisfactory. I wish the ice machine worked better, I wish they had beach towels, and a couple bikes. That’s my feedback, great location 5 freaking stars, electric.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was great however I was concerned about water damage in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms. But overall the place was amazing and super convenient and I will definitely come back!

Great location but outside needs some TLC. It looks abandoned even though the inside is clean and comfortable. We had some issues connecting to the internet. But over all nice trip

Easy Beach Access

This house was perfect for all home cooked meals. Kitchen had everything we needed. The sidewalk outside was excellent for us to get up and walk/jog each day!! About a mile down we went to The Hub for food, drinks, and entertainment - we all had a blast!! Getting the cooler up and down the steps to the beach was new for us - but we handled it like pros!! The area was beautiful, I felt safe letting the teenagers walk around by themselves during the day and evening. Would definitely stay here again.

30a stay

It was nice and clean great location however mattress were horrible on all beds, only supplied with one towel per person! Kitchen furnishings were sparse, very few plates coffee cups and utensils! Also sofas were only love seats which lent to uncomfortable seating at night when movie watching.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great, very close to the beach. But the wifi network and password did not work, meaning the TVs and internet didn't work for my family's anticipated NCAA Tournament viewing. I called the management office every day, and I left voice messages or talked to reps who couldn't help.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a good stay with just a few short comings. The internet was spotty and I had incorrect information to log in initially. Also many everyday needs are in short supply. Toilet paper, towels, washing soap etc. Certainly any large group would first have to go grocery shopping due to such short supply. Otherwise the cabin is nice and location is nice and parking is very good. Cleanliness also was very good. For the price it is a good deal in that area. Management was very good.

Love the house and location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the house and location. That is why we've been a repeat renter. However, the kitchen is not well stocked. We cook and the cookware is unusable. All the non-stick cookware is peeling and gets in your food. There was not a large enough skillet to cook scrambled eggs for a family of 4. There was one nice stainless skillet, but it had a stain or something on it that I could not scrub off so I refused to use it. The utensils were terrible and would bend. I purchased a spatula to leave. There is no sheet pan or 9x13 pan. There are no paring knives. The knives they do have are very dull. I had a difficult time cutting an apple. I had to cook biscuits on a sheet of aluminum foil. I also purchased some take-a-long containers to leave as well for people to store food in. Very disappointing. It is time to restock the kitchen. I do not mind the mis-matched plates and bowls. If you want to use plastic cups or kid-friendly cups, you will need to bring your own. The only drinking cups were glasses.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is good for a weekly rental, but NOT for a monthly rental. (our visit was for two months) Outside of house needs some TLC, inside of the house was very clean except for the stained carpet in the bedrooms which needs replaced! Appliances worked as they should and were very clean, kitchen pots and pans are old and need replaced, should have more kitchen utensils, bake ware and microwavable dishes for long term renters. There is a Roku TV in the living room, but no instruction on how to use it or the remotes. We are not acquainted with the “cut the cord options”. Lost internet connection on a daily basis. Benchmark and the cable company tried to resolve the problem. Great location, Seacrest beach just steps away! 30A is a beautiful area.

Thanksgiving Holiday

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good four days at Beach Daze over the Thanksgiving holidays. Location is a plus as sits right off on 30A with easy access to major highways - stores etc. Beach access was a short walk to the west and found these beaches a pleasant relief to the overcrowded and controlled beach environment to the East at Rosemary Beach - Seacrest etc. (Approx 1 mile) House itself was not modern but comfortable , very clean but lacking in basics amenities . Example No extra garbage can liners - one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom - only four sets of towels for a three bedroom house. Besides that everything worked , beds were comfortable , a lot of parking , and best of all beach was across the street. I would rent again .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house was clean and nicely laid out for our family. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and appreciated the Roku televisions to watch March Madness and the items provided in the kitchen. Everything (refrigerator/ice maker, washer/dryer, oven/microwave) worked like a charm. We appreciated that there was plenty of space to park and the outdoor shower/rinse was helpful to have after a trip to the beach. We used our credit from the rental company partner Vacayzen for some beach chairs and an umbrella and that was a good experience too.
