We agreed to take our daughter (high school senior) and her 3 close friends to florida for spring break. This house was perfect. We had my husband and I, our two sons and a friend (20, 20 & 15) and daughter and her 3 friends (all 18).
This house gave everyone enough space, especially my husband and I! The loft area above was perfect for my husband to take some meetings and work some during the day but also serve as another space for games and the kids to hangout. Rooms and beds are perfect for small groups. The kitchen is laid out well, and very well stocked for anything you would need to cook. The house had more than enough stocked for the first couple days. The backyard is small, but pool is a perfect size. Since it was the first week of April, and weather is unpredictable, we opted to pay a small fee to heat the pool. So glad we did! While the weather was low 80s, the pool was warm and perfect temp at night. The location of the house is close enough to walk to a few restaurants but away from the strip and traffic. Also, the public beach walkway was literally around the corner. If you can’t be in the beach, this house is perfect. The beach is located in a about a 1/2 to 3/4 strip of residential properties, so it wasn’t crowded at all. While we had no issues during our stay, the owner was very helpful and responsive with any questions. She also provided us with a list of great local places to eat. We will definitely keep this property on our list for future stays!
