A great little community! Loved staying here- the host was responsive and welcoming. The location couldn’t be beat. Whatever it looks like on the map- it is even shorter distance in real life. No issue running back from the pool to grab something or catching the B7 tram stop outside the door to get anywhere. The kitchen is very sparsely stocked- I’d plan on bringing your own spices/condiments/ziplocs etc. There is a Publix we had delivered through instacart easily and a little market just a tram ride away if needed.

Great space!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! We had a group of 10, and everyone had plenty of space. The owner, Jeff, was super quick to respond and fixed any minor issues that came up. We had so much fun riding our bikes around the community, and it was nice to not have to drive everywhere.

Great place to stay with a large group

House was exactly as described! We stayed with 5 families and the house was big enough for everyone. The convenience of having the tram for a ride to the beach was an excellent bonus. Pool was lots of fun too!

Nice location and house

Good location at the back part of Seacrest, just before the entrance to the new Treetops development. This made it a quieter neighborhood since there was a buffer zone of woods behind the house. The house is clean and as advertised. Owners were responsive to our questions and the check in process was easy. Would definitely stay here again

Great Stay

The house was very nice and the location was great. The walk to the pool was only a few minutes and beach was about 10. The house was well equipped with all amenities needed. Having the driveway to park in was a plus as street parking can get a little busy. I would definitely stay there again!

Great location and community. Close to all the things 30A has to offer. Further back in the community so walk to beach isn’t ideal but tram service helps. Host was absolutely amazing to deal with and responds very quickly

Great for two families

Enjoyed four nights at this home - close to beach and pool. There is not a ton of cupboard space so bring a large basket to store items if you plan on cooking a lot. Overall enjoyed our stay in this home.

Amazing pool in community

I found it very relaxing, the house had everything we needed, including all the baby gear. The master bed is extremely comfortable. Short walk to such and amazing pool! Best resort style pool I have seen! Neighborhood tram made life convenient. Lovely neighborhood to walk in, with a nature walk, can also walk to Fonville Press for breakfast and lunch. House was easy to maintain and there were board games to use. Decor was relaxed which we loved!

Outstanding Stay in Rosemary Beach

My wife turns 60 in December. When I asked her what she wanted for her birthday, she indicated she wanted a trip with all the kids and significant others. We chose Rosemary Beach. We had 8 adults and 2 teenagers. We were there from November 19 to November 22. Everyone had their own room across the 3 levels. Lots of Light and lots of space. This is only our 2nd time using a VRBO for a vacation trip and once again we were glad we did. Jeff's YourCation property was PERFECT for what we wanted to accomplish on our trip. It's short walk to the beach. It's a short walk to rent bikes. It's a short walk to shopping, several restaurants, Starbucks, Famers Market, etc. Close to grocery and tons of other restaurants, state parks, and activities all within minutes if you decide you want to drive some place. There was plenty of space for us to eat, play, and hang as a family as well as space to unwind privately. My family and I felt as if we were members of Jeff's family as pretty much everything you can think of was available to us to use within the property. I am a "fan guy" when I sleep, so I was UBER appreciative of Jeff thinking to have fans available in bedroom closets to plug in for those like me. We also appreciated this being a "pet friendly" location. My son and his wife were able to bring their pet Pugs on their visit which allowed them to attend this vacation which was greatly appreciated. If you are looking to have an OUTSTANDING time at Rosemary Beach, I can highly recommend this property. Thank you Jeff!

Great property but not clean

Overall the house was nice and perfect for family vacation. Location of the house is incredible and very easy access to the beach. However- Our feet were black from walking around on the floor, looks like it hasn’t been mopped in months. Upon arrival two bedrooms had broken closet doors. The laundry closet doors were broken. The shower curtain for one of the rooms was on the floor. The rooftop deck furniture is in horrible condition and the floor up there needs to be sprayed off. We picked up multiple screws in the driveway. We enjoyed our stay but were very upset with the condition of the house upon arrival.

Seacrest Family trip

The property met all of the group’s needs, including accessibility for an elderly person with limited mobility. The space was great and beautifully decorated. Great location and very bicycle friendly neighborhood/community. I will be booking again when visiting this area!

Rainforest master bedroom

We had to evacuate an approaching hurricane in Louisiana and booked this unit for our extended family. Unfortunately we had a miserable experience due to obvious deferred maintenance from a rotten balcony which resulted in water pouring into the master bedroom from the ceiling, fan, lights, and vent. We could not use the master for fear that the ceiling was going to cave in. The mattress in that room was already warped. The “handyman” spent hours working on it one day cutting out portions of the deck and it was much worse that night and the next morning. The entire bed, carpet, and ceiling were soaked and it kept tripping the breaker to the 3rd floor AC. A $300 credit on a $3,000 bill was not enough to make up for the problems. There is also a doorbell camera at the front door.

Room for All

The property is open concept…we cooked, watched the Olympics and ate …enjoying the family all together. All our families enjoyed their own bathrooms. The house has plenty of parking……and multistory patios. The pool is not far to walk to. As you walk up the block, Turn left on the “green space” and the pool gates are nearby. The owner, Jeff is available, via email and answers all questions quickly.

Great stay

We stayed here recently with 3 families (kids ages 6-13 but we saw lots of accommodations for younger kiddos!). Jeffrey had amazing communication, the house was very comfortable, best neighborhood ever and great location!! The pre teen boys LOVED the kids loft! Beds and mattresses were comfy! We had a great time, highly recommend!
