Step to the beach and ocean. Plenty of room for our large family group. Kids loved the heated pool. Plenty ofbathrooms, the two kitchens was a bonus withp plenty of room for food the prep.Keeping on my return list. Host is great with quick responses and providing area information.

We had the most amazing weekend getaway. The beach house was absolutely perfect for our entire crew. It had everything we needed and more. The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location could not have been better with the beach just steps away and the views were incredible. Every moment was relaxing and filled with laughter. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and we are already looking forward to coming back.

This villa was perfect in so many ways. Great location, best stocked/supplied unit we’ve ever stayed in and great diners and coffee shops within walking distance. (Finn’s 100%) Very short and easy walk to beach almost as being directly on the beach. Host was amazing and very responsive, even sent us Flag warnings each day! Ample room for every guest! We will be staying here again!

House was perfect, the location was close to the beach. What I loved most that the owner was very attentive and answered any questions I had. Our AC unit was not working on the 2nd floor and they sent someone out thay same day to have it fixed. Having a heated pool was great as well. We will definitely ve looking to staying with with them again.

This house was great! Had everything we needed to cook a lot at home. We had people in every room but easy to stay in ground floor to not disturb the rest of house. Kitchen there and access to pool with lots of seating outside. No beach view from ground floor. 2 of the bedrooms have a lot of bunks in them and they were tight for anything but sleeping. Plenty of linens/towels for all. Washer and dryer in garage and in a 3rd floor bedroom. Open closet outside that is full of beach things (at least when we went). Chairs, umbrellas, sand toys - it was wonderful.Walk to beach is so minimal. A few feet to the end of the culdesac and then the boardwalk is short. shorter walk to water than a lot of the beach front condos.The beach had tons of white sand and the water was clear for half the week but filled with seaweed the second half. There are condos on either side of the house that set out their own chairs and umbrellas but they are farther back from the water. Still plenty of open beach right outside the house. People DO bring their own canopies that take up the majority of a line of the beach, but we just put our chairs in front of them closer to the water line.Biggest negative is the location within PCB. It seemed safe enough but the area is not the nicest. Possibly on the upswing but looks a bit shabby now. It was a 20 minute drive to Pier Park for food and shopping and traffic was bad at certain times, but doable.Highly recommend this house!

50th Wedding Anniversary

17 family members returned to this property to celebrate my husband and I 50th wedding anniversary. We have previously stayed here and loved it. The house is beautiful and so well furnished. The owner sent us a message each day to tell us if the water and beach conditions. I would absolutely recommend anyone with a family to stay here. I definitely plan to return.

Wonderful time!

We loved our time at this beautiful property! We enjoyed having so many bedrooms to spread out and places to gather and hang. The host was always quick to respond with any issues we had and even sent us a nice 4th of July gift to enjoy! Our only surprise was the pool was smaller than what it looked like in the picture. But even with the smaller size of the pool we all enjoyed it! It was great for "kids" of all ages! We would definitely book there again!

My family was very impressed with this property! The owner was very helpful and was able to anticipate any needs or questions without us having to even ask. Great multi-family house

This was an awesome house for our group of 14 (3 families). Short walk to the beach, private road off the main strip, and close to everything. The owner was very quick to respond and the check in/check out process was simple. We would definitely consider booking this house again if we return to PCB.

I just had an amazing stay at this VRBO in Panama City! The place was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect—close to the beach and local attractions but still felt private. 50th Wedding Anniversary

The house and location was perfect for our family to meet. We had people from Ohio, Illinois, Georgia, north and south Florida who enjoyed the beach location and the layout of the house. We were able to be together in the great room on the 2nd floor for eating and visiting.
