  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

The condo was amazing! It was clean and the view was amazing. Everyone was super nice! The pools were amazing, the bar and grill was good, and the beaches were nice! We didn’t have to wait long for an elevator and it wasn’t packed. Our room was super close to the elevator too which we loved! We got to check in early which was a major plus especially with kids! My girls loved the bunk beds and they each had their own tv. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!! I have not one bad thing to say about our stay! Perfect & Relaxing!!

5 star experience in this condo!

Zero elevator wait. Parking was easy with minimal walk distance anywhere you park in front of each tower. We will stay at the Edgewater again and hopefully at this particular unit. Everything is brand new essentially and very thoughtfully put together (tvs for each bunk bed). And the shower in the master bedroom is the jackpot of hotel showers. Thanks for an exceptional PCB experience. We will recommend and stay again for sure.

Overpriced compared to others Check in was 45 min late Found woman’s night clothes in the sheets of lower bunk bed - assuming sheets weren’t changed or washed needed to do that before sleeping that night. Master toilet clogged - maintenance was easy to reach & took care of issue. Very well decorated but not a lot of bedroom storage. Enjoyed our time.

Great location

Overall, it was hard to give this spot a three. The communication of management was excellent, but there are a few things that were a drawback for a weekend stay. If you’re going to stay here, stay longer. We had a tricky time checking in only because the city was working on the water so we had no water until 530 which made cleaning very difficult for them, they did come back and clean, but it just wasn’t enough time to get everything done so I ended up having to go buy laundry soap and wash everything myself. We also ran out of TP, garbage bags and dishwasher soap so we had to get more which they did say they only provide starter, but when your traveling with infants, it does make it difficult for a weekend stay to have to go and buy necessities for the household , the location is excellent though easy to get to restaurant and grocery store.The beach is amazing. The only drawback is there’s about 100 teenagers there at night and if you’re looking for peace and quiet, this isn’t it. The pools were a nice necessity however someone threw up in the large pool and it seemed more like a party place more than family oriented. There is also an overflow of people in the smaller pool and it had not been cleaned. You could taste the sunscreen in the water, I’m not trying to be extremely negative just a couple drawbacks. If you’re staying here as a family, the unit itself is extremely nice and renovated. The view is outstanding of the ocean. My favorite part was the outdoor patio!!

Best condo at edgewater!

We’ve been coming to Edgewater annually for over 10 years now and I have to say this condo is hands down the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. It’s been recently completely renovated and everything top to bottom is beautiful. The beds are comfortable, my kids were obsessed with the bunk beds with individual tvs in each bunk, kitchen was amazing. We can’t say enough good things about how wonderful the condo is. We definitely be staying in this condo next year.

Good getaway

We enjoyed our stay here for a few days. If we were planning on staying for a week, we would have been uncomfortable. The AC is not great, the front spare bedroom stays freezing but the rest of the condo stays hot. Location was good. Edgewater Resort could use some updating. The splash pad was a main reason for booking this place and it was closed for maintenance.

Great stay in a great location

Our condo was extremely clean and exactly what you see in the pictures. Exterior facade definitely takes a beating from the elements. The location was just about right, close to everything. Pier Park is a little bit of a drive but not too bad. Beach was great and never over crowed even during peak spring break season.

Wonderful Spring Getaway

I booked this property for myself and 2 of my daughters and my 6 month old granddaughter to stay in for spring break. From arrival to departure our stay was incredible. The condo was so beautiful and comfortable that everyone had room for their things, some privacy, and time together. The view in the living/kitchen area is absolutely gorgeous! The sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking to say the least. The master bath was amazing and all 3 of us older females had to use the awesome shower! We had an issue with the other bathroom when we first arrived and called the property management and they sent help right away and were so nice and easy to deal with. The property is close to everything you could want or need, the pools were fun, and the beach was beautiful and clean. I would definitely take my family to stay at this property again in the future. We didn’t want to leave!!!!

Fully Renovated/Fantastic Location🏝️

Beautifully renovated condo with incredible wall to wall views of beach. 2 bedrooms with a set of bunks outside that have tv’s built into nooks. Brand new appliances, washer/dryer for towels etc. Lovely quartz countertops in kitchen stocked with everything. (You do need to bring your basics for a longer stay - paper towels/toilet paper/hand soap). The master shower is excellent, everyone loved the tile work throughout. Lots of seating. Big tv. The resort has golf/heated pool/tennus/basketball etc. Loved it! ❤️❤️

Short Get A Way

The.condo was very nice. No problems checking in or out. Was disappointed that the resort pool and hot tub for our building was closed but can use other buildings hot tubs. The only issue with condo is the TV buffers a lot. Also would suggest getting regular dresser in bedroom that has the cabinet that tips over. Overall would rent again. Had real good ocean view.
