Overall, we had a wonderful time. However, there were several hiccups with the property. First, we had no Wi-Fi or TV until Tuesday. It took two emails and a phone call to get any help with this issue. Second, the information was inaccurate for both the pool code and the coffee maker; only a Mr. Coffee, no Keurig-type coffee maker. Also, we had to ask someone about where to take the trash. Third, basic maintenance was needed, such as the hall bath not draining properly, the sliding glass doors being extremely hard to open and close (need the tracks cleaned out and WD40), bulbs out in the hall bath & primary bedroom, and the floors were filthy when we arrived. It was not obvious from the appearance, but from the bottoms of our feet when we walked around the condo. On a positive note, the primary bed was very comfortable, the shower in the primary bathroom was awesome, the air conditioning was perfect, the balcony and the furniture were fabulous, and the elevators were fast, even though one was not working.
