Not great
Original posting of this property showed the location directly across the street from the beach. Maybe a 2 minute walk. Once we booked and received the actual address, the location was 3 /12 blocks from the beach...almost a mile. This is not what we wanted. Called the management company and they were of no help at all. Just threw up their hands and said, oh well, this is VRBO's fault...sorry. I asked to move units and they declined. If we cancelled, we would have lost all of our money. This is what I call bait and switch. Just beware to future renters. The house itself was cute but not well supplied. Bring EVERYTHING you think you might need for the kitchen...including hot pads. The management company was a little difficult to work with as well. They are a little unorganized which causes extra work on the renters part. I HATE writing bad reviews, and really never do, but think this one was warranted.
