We loved almost everything about this property. You could tell that there were some very good upgrades / improvements. The only thing we didn’t care for was the large bathroom/vanity area situation. A small bathroom with little ventilation so it was necessary to leave the door open during showers. The vanity mirror was across from the bathroom door. Anyone who happened to walk by the hallway could see all the way to the shower if they accidentally glanced in the direction of the mirror. As far as everything else, it was top notch and an amazing week with family that we won’t forget. Thank you so much!

Great location - Great property

This was in building D in the Dunes on the first floor. Great location if you want quick access to the pool and grilling! The property was just as described and property management kept in touch a couple times during the week. If you like to cook, the kitchem amenities and appliances are up to date and perfect! We even did a corn beef brisket for St. Pats. My only recommendation if you are staying for a while and you hang up clothes, bring a few extra hangers.

Great for family of 4

We stayed at this condo as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) for 4 days and it was perfect for us. The condo is in great condition and I’ve never slept on a more comfortable bed. Beach and pool access is very convenient and condo had some beach chairs and umbrellas but we used the ones already on beach but this was a nice option.

love panama beach

the condo itself was amazing, the only problem we had was the cockroaches. i started contacting vrbo and the host after we seen the second one but they kept telling me to send mor pictures so i did and still nothing. very disappointed, did not come thru with the refund i was promised or another place to stay, wont be using them again

Family time in Panama city

This property was everything we could have imagined and more. It was super clean, everything was in working order, the view was outstanding, the pool was clean, and response from property management was quick. The kitchen came equipped with everything you cold possibly need to make meals. We had 3 adults, a teen, and a 1 year old and everyone loved the property! I cant imagine how anyone could complain about anything at this condo. Location was close to everything you could want.... excursions, stores, gift shops, restaurants... and there was never a concern over safety. Great vacation rental!

Quick getaway

This location was great, on the beach with nice views. The condo was clean and beds were comfy. Only thing is they aren’t super infant friendly rooms. We had a baby and asked for a crib or pack and play. We’re used to other places vrbos or hotels having that if requested as part of everything. However, this Vrbo charges $25 a night for a pack and play. Definitely nickel and dimes you for that, which is a shame because you’re already spending so much just for the condo itself. We ended up declining and bringing another cheaper option from home. They should definitely reconsider the extra charge especially for families trying to stay at their Vrbo. Otherwise, the stay was fine .

Nice condo, needs attention though.

Perfect view and clean. Washing machine didn't drain so we ended up going to the laundry mat, my husband spent a couple hours working on the washer and we were eventually able to do a couple loads before we left. The sprayer on the sink leaks and shoots up and hits you in the face. The dishwasher leaked under the sink and flooded the cabinet and kitchen. The fridge also leaked maybe fron condensation but we had to keep towels on the floor after my son found it and fell.

Valentines Getaway

The condo was exceptionally clean, attentive staff, great location with beautiful views. Used Soleil vacation to make reservation and was extremely easy. We look forward to our next visit to PCB! D103 was perfect!

Great condo

1. The communication with the management company was superb. Answered texts (questions) in a timely manner. We texted several times before, during, and after our stay. 2. The condo was beautiful. Clean and plenty of space for 2 friends. Big kitchen, really nice bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. We slept good. 3. Stingrays, the restaurant at the condo, had great food and free Bingo on Sundays. That was fun. Live band that was great. We danced and had a great time. 4. The cleanliness of the building was good. The rugs entering the building and in the elevators were vacuumed often and guys with blowers blowing sand away from the building and in the parking lot.

Dunes of Panama D103

The condo was newly remodeled and very clean. Furniture and beds were comfortable and new. The view was specular and being on the first floor, it was very easy walk to the beach. The only negative was that the air conditioner was loud. I would highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful unit

First and foremost we enjoyed our Labor Day weekend at this unit. Most condos are outdated with old furniture. But my god! This unit was so beautiful and updated. We loved everything about the condo, from the updated appliances, beautiful furniture, comfy beds, the extended balcony to the master bedroom. Check in was easy. A good amount of towels and wash cloths was left for us. We also loved how the ground keepers kept the beach clean by picking up trash, dumping trash cans periodically. We will definitely stay again. If you looking at this unit, BOOK NOW!! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Great Beachfront Condo!

Our family enjoyed the convenience of this condo. Easy access to the beach and beautiful views from the balcony. The only and very minor suggestion I have is to add a handheld shower head to use with toddlers. Not having that or a tub made it a little difficult to shower the kids. We made it work though and overall, we enjoyed our stay! Would definitely stay here again!
