We’ve been staying in Magnolia Cottages for the past fifteen years, we love these homes. The neighborhood has easy access to the beach and restaurants. The cleanliness of this home was perfect. It was stocked with everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and check in was seamless. We will definitely be coming back!

The accommodations were wonderful! Clean & plenty of space, comfortable bedding & close to the beach! We used the beach chairs and the bikes- super convenient. My only disappointment was that there was VERY little dishwashing liquid, for hand washing dishes and only 1-2 dishwashing tabs and only 2 trash bags . For a 6 night stay, it would have been nice not to have to go out & buy these items…

Great place. Great area.

We loved our stay! The cottage had plenty of space for 3 teens and 4 adults. The pool is just steps away from the property, and the beach is a short walk. The cottage was very clean, well maintained and beautifully furnished. Would definitely book again!

We had a fantastic stay!

The location was wonderful—peaceful, quiet, with easy access to the pool and a short distance to the beach. The host provided a detailed and helpful guide ahead of our arrival, though we did still find the door locks a bit tricky to figure out exactly how to lock at first. We really appreciated the ability to use the two bicycles and beach gear. One thing that could have made the stay even better would be having TVs in all the bedrooms. Overall, a great experience!

Excellent on all fronts

Excellent location. Close proximity to the beach with easy beach access (underestimated how close it really was). Nice shared pool. Loved the wooded area behind the house for porch sitting. Highly recommend.

Great Stay!!

We loved the location and neighborhood!!! The house was lovely and the kitchen was well stocked. I would have liked to have a tv in bedroom. Loved the bikes!! The shed was stocked with beach gear, however some of the beach gear was pretty worn. The pool was super convenient. Would definitely stay again!! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Family Beach Week

This was our first time to 30A and it was perfect! I was nervous about choosing a place to stay because of all the public vs. private beach access information, but this house proved to be the best choice! Close to the beach, close to the pool, the house was beautiful and cozy and provided everything we needed! The hosts are excellent and the communication they provide is top notch! I received a PDF with clear instructions and a comprehensive guide to the area. The beach access was easy and the recommendations the host provided on rentals and how to navigate things made our planning easy. We will book here again for any future 30A trips!

Relaxing week!

Our family had a great vacation here. The location is amazing, very quiet and private, but still close to all the towns and restaurants. The pool was nice and the walk to the beach was only a few minutes! The house was super comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the screened in porch! Our only small complaint was that the rug in the living room hadn’t been vacuumed and there was some small pieces of maybe dog kibble on it? Besides that random thing, the place was spotless. Rooms and beds were comfortable and having laundry was a great plus. Thank you so much, we hope to be back one day! 10/10.

Loved the cottage

So happy with the accommodations. Well stocked and homey. Loved the shed with toys bikes and floats. It has a charcoal grill so we did steaks one night. I would get up early and take short walk to the beach h to watch the sunrise. Great access to pool. So grateful to have this time with our kids and grandson. He had magnets that he used on the road cofee table. Such a great time!!
