Location was nice. Lake of basic supplies was not good. No toilet paper or trash bags. We didn’t see any laundry soap or dish cleaning supplies. Didn’t know we had extra fees until check in time.

The entire main Street of the property was ripped up and torn up for repairs or whatever they were doing which caused issues getting in and out leaving from the only entrance that was available there was a giant pothole that dipped your car down so far you felt like you were scraping the underbelly of your car. They unplugged all of the TVs and internet so when I got there the Wi-Fi did not work I had to plug it back in and flip the entire thing over just to find the password because the password they gave me didn't work after it had been reset from being unplugged. The place was clean looking but as soon as you took off your shoes I understand it's Florida but it seemed as if nothing had been swept because the entire floor was covered in sand. For some reason both of the sinks in the bathrooms were left on full blast and we're almost overflowing by the time I was able to make it inside. It states that you have to pay for parking passes and wristbands to be able to park there and use the swimming pools but as soon as you get in the swimming pool The wristband falls off which makes it useless. No one came checking for parking passes so it seemed as if I wasted 180. No sheets or pillows were left for the pull-out couch I had to strip one of the beds of a blanket and a couple of pillows just to be able to sleep on the couch the tray for the ice maker was pulled out and left to the side so whenI opened it ice poured all over the floor in the kitchen

Extra charges, no wifi, no cleane

Got charge 190 for a wristband to acces property and parking for 2 nights stay, was told i just rented a room and needed to pay to acces to it, no wifi reach out and was told they where going to check but never showed or fixed it, kitchen poorly equipt one pot in kitchen to cooke and some things had mold as the cutting table, no pans at all, upstairs bunk bed has a loose step my daughert almost had an accident for it we wher not expecting that to be loose, locatiin is good

Misleading advertisement

Nothing was as advertised. The property was not well maintained. The bed was not comfortable. Dryer didn't work properly.. I wasn't pleased at all. I do not recommend people to stay at this accommodation.

Great neighborhood. Loved the variety of pools/hot tub options! Absolutely loved the fact that they had a pool for my toddler, and she certainly loved that too! The only thing that caught me by surprise was having to pay to park and buy everyone staying an armband, which was not mentioned when I booked the room, it actually said “free parking”

Spring break 2024

Loved the location and the size of this condo. When we first arrived i laid my purse and a few other things on the dinning table and the whole top of the tsble fell off. Landed on my daughter's foot. It is a very heave table top had it been a small child that it fell on it wpuld habe been bad. Immediately called and reported this was told someone would be by to look at table and possibly replace it for us and I never head anything back from anyone no one showed up to look at it. So we were without a table the whole trip. It was apparent someone had tried to use wood glue to glue the table top back on. Which would never work for a table that heavy. Anyway the rest of the condo was wonderful. Bed in master was extremely comfortable!

Mostly as pictured

This could be a great place except for a couple of things. Fabric furniture is dirty. Would just take a nice cleaning. House smelled very clean when we walked in. We could tell it he just been cleaned. But furniture was very dirty. Did not want to sit on. Made me question linen on beds. Shower curtains with no liner need to be thrown away. Very bad odor. No toilet paper in either bathroom. Decor was as pictured. Space was nice. Location was great. Communication wasn’t bad except we never received toilet paper after being told someone would bring some. We slept comfortable. Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella.

Location great

The location was great,the wristbands were a bit pricey,one chair and ,toaster were broken.the heated pool was not heated.the neighbors next door took our parking spot,other than that everything was fine.

Quick review of property

Overall, it was a good experience. The property should have been cleaner. Dust everywhere. The floors were very very dirty. There were no beach towels. The living space downstairs is not as big as depicted in the photos. It is in a great location. The complex is nice, quiet and relaxing.
