Bonfire and huge home, all we could have asked for.

Active neighborhood!! Spacious place for a huge family! Bonfire was the best part. This town gets lots of kids. My kids loved it!

Free bonfire and bikes!

Wonderful vacation! Hassle free from start to finish. Everything about our stay was perfect. I could have chilled on 3rd patio the whole time. The included bonfire was our best night. Communication with 30a beach girls was very good. Great stay!

Second Stay was just as perfect!

We had a fantastic second stay at the property! The house is just lovely, with fabulous amenities and tons of space. Makes it so easy to relax and unwind while getting the entire extended family together! Looking forward to returning again in 2023!

Overall very relaxing and a great spot for our friends yearly reunion!

Everything about the rental experience was great from beginning to end! Super simple and the house was amazing! I mostly dealt with Joy and Hollie who were very easy going and was in contact with me the whole time with any questions I had. I would recommend staying here to everyone looking. You will love the place so much you'll never want to leave!

Majestic home in Seacrest Beach

This is an incredibly nice and large property with a number of patios. House was very clean. The property manager was easy to communicate with and took care of a minor issue very quickly. Highly recommend.

Perfect family reunion spot! This gorgeous property was perfect for a family reunion & numerous celebrations. The large number of bedrooms & baths gave everyone their necessary privacy, while the large open floor design with 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms & numerous outdoor areas allowed easily mingling & group get-togethers with equal ease. 30a Beach Girls are friendly & super-responsive, the location is close to restaurants, a killer pool, shopping and outdoor hikes/bike trails. We will happily go back there for a similar occasion. The bonfire night was so cool or Totally Bitchin!

Fantastic stay!

We had an amazing time -- the property was beautiful, very well appointed, and so spacious. The location was perfect and we didn't want for a thing. The multiple living areas made it perfect for us and our group of teens. We had an issue with the hot water and the property management company was on it immediately and had it fixed pronto. We would absolutely come back!

Large home perfect for visiting and privacy.

Large house in a great location - near Rosemary beach. This place was wonderful. Exactly as described - lots of space for a large family to gather in and spend time together in the common areas on the first and second floor, but then have privacy to sleep and shower. Didn't utilize all the balconies as much as we would have liked to, there are many. Loved the bonfire night and communication with Hollie and Joy.

Lots of space and a free bonfire!

Really wow is all you need to say. The amount of space, cleanliness and the bonfire night are the first thoughts that come to mind. The best vacation company we have ever dealt with anywhere. Communication and perks of being their guests is unlike anything any of us have experienced. We will be back in 2025.

Insane home!!

This was an excellent house for a large family vacation. Having 2 kitchens and living rooms was so incredible. All the porches were insane. Hollie was very helpful with scheduling extra activities. The house was perfect, very clean and modern. Look forward to coming back.

This house was AMAZING! 30A Beach Girls set this place up for success. The patios on every level were perfect. We came here for a bachelorette party- 18 girls and everyone slept comfortably! Everyone on our trip had a fantastic time in this house. About a 10 min walk from Rosemary Beach Town Center, 5 min walk to the entrance for Seacrest beach! Came with bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc!

Cousins sweet 16 retreat!! Thank you 30a Beach Girls

This summer we had the best time at Totally Beaching. Simply the best VRBO stay we've had. Felt like we were staying at a best friend's place. Spotless with beautiful decor. Every detail was in order. Bright, beautiful and clean. Everything looked new. The kitchens was better stocked than my own. Appreciated having the 2 sets washers and dryers, too with 10 kiddos we needed it. Can't wait to come back and stay longer. Managers 30a Beach Girls handled decorations, our pontoon rental and bonfire. Truly like your best friends! Cant give them enough kudos.

Perfect venue to gather with family and explore 30a

Our stay in this amazing home was more than promised. The house was very clean, extremely comfortable and the spaces were just as pictured. We came to celebrate our son's marriage and wanted a home base for family who came from around the country to join us and this was so close to Rosemary Beach where the wedding was held. The location was central to all of our activities and walking distance to many 30a attractions we spent most of our time in Rosemary Beach. An easy bike ride to everywhere else. The house itself was beyond roomy and comfortable with 2 well appointed kitchens and more than enough baths and very comfortable beds, the decks were perfect for evening gatherings. 30a beach girls were a delight to get to know, responsive and helpful. Hollie checked on us pre wedding night and then after the ceremony. All in all everything I would hope for in a VRBO home. Our deepest thanks for making our wedding trip memorable. We can't wait to return.

30a Beach Girls kills it, they are sooo great!!!

Came with bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc! We had the best time at Totally Beachin'! The house was very clean upon arrival and had so many amenities (bikes, beach chairs, board games, etc.) that made this house a 5 star stay! I would say that it would be beneficial to have maintenance come by the house before your guests arrive to turn up the water heater. We had lots of girls and hot water took about 15 minutes to reach each shower before maintenance came by and we were so thankful for that! Lots of women = lots of super hot showers!

Was Bitchin!

What a delight our stay was! Our family was looking for a clean, relaxing place to stay that was within walking distance to coffee, restaurants, shopping, and not too far from the beach and pool. This home more than exceeded our expectations! Everything about this place was incredibly easy -- from check-in, to TV instructions, to check-out procedures, etc. -- because Hollie and her beach girls have meticulously anticipated every possible question and need. They clearly set up this home with their guests' comfort and ease as their priority. The house is extremely spacious and very comfortable and clean. Our favorite part was the numerous porches where we would start our days with coffee on them and end them with Uno at the table on the screened in porch. We were also very pleased with the location — just 2 blocks away from the pool, it's in the heart of 30a beast restaurants Alys to Inlet. Our teens loved walking up and down the street to shop, grab coffee, ice cream, and people-watch. Hollie, Emily and Kellie were incredibly responsive from booking to check out, and is among the best hosts we've ever had. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we come to 30a!! Thanks 30a beach girls for a truly bitchin time!!

A disappointment is an understatement

We arrived Friday evening to find the house in acceptable but not the cleanest condition, which was fine for our group of 18. However, several issues immediately stood out: no batteries in the smoke detector, a non-working grill and patio lights, and a loose garage door handle. The downstairs shower handle also felt like it was about to fall off. The most distressing incident occurred on Saturday evening when my daughter fell down the stairs due to a loose railing, resulting in a displaced mid clavicle fracture. This severely affected our week as she needed constant assistance and couldn’t swim with her injured arm. She will need 4 weeks to heal, impacting our personal lives further. Upon inspection, we found three more loose railings and microbial growth around the vent in the upstairs half bathroom. While I understand the house has high turnover during summer, it’s the owner’s responsibility to maintain the property for each guest. The overall condition of the house was disappointing. We paid for a beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood, expecting a wonderful experience, but it turned into a nightmare. Management sent someone to check on my daughter, but their response felt insincere and dismissive. I would not recommend staying at this house if you have children.

Misleading Listing

This home should really be listed as 5 bedrooms sleeps 18. The 6th bedroom that they count is simply room of bunk beds that is open to the 2nd floor hallway. They say the curtains make it private, but anyone that comes to the other bedrooms on the second floor has to walk through this “bedroom”. If you want to use the living/kitchen area on the second floor without disturbing those in the bunk area you have to use the back staircase by walking through the garage. We had just assumed that since it was listed as a bedroom it would have 4 walls and a door, but we were wrong. We spent 4 days having to sneak past sleeping children and making sure all other doors were closed so that little ones didn't have access to the stairs. This was a big disappointment to the families we had staying there. The house really is beautiful but there are so many knicks/dents/stained/broken items in the home it makes the experience feel cheap. The third floor bedroom cools down a little but stays much warmer than the other rooms, this room also doesn't have a door so best to not put any small children up there that may need to nap. Upon checkin we realized the second floor living/kitchen area was incredibly warm. We texted the management group and they sent maintenance right over. Instead of listening to our concerns that the unit for that floor wasn't working, we were told the thermostat was in eco mode and that the level stays warm due to the amount of windows. The unit stayed off for almost 24 hours before maintenance came back and fixed it which meant we really couldn't use that space due to it being unbearably hot. We expressed our disappointment to the property group and they responded saying the owner would give us a credit for another trip. We have absolutely no intention of staying at this property again. The house isn't too bad of a walk to the beach and there are trams available in the neighborhood (although they can be hard to get ahold of). The beach access is three flights of stairs so keep that in mind when hauling your belongs to the beach. The pool in the community is a huge resort style pool. While the house was not what we were expecting I will say the property management group was great. They were in touch in the weeks leading up to the trip, and responded quickly via text anytime we had a question or concern. They did a great job and I think our disappointment is directed at the actual home owner and not the rental group.

Perfect location, manager and house

Absolutely stunning! The house had everything we needed. Perfect location as several family and friends stayed nearby. We were able to get anywhere quickly and had family over to help finish up Wedding items. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend staying here. 30a beac girls is fabulous and sweet, they helped with wedding needs at a house they don't even mange! Plan on trying to stay again in 2023 for daughters College Graduation.
