Everything was exactly as described. The rental company was easy to work with and very informative. The beds slept great. Kitchen is well stocked. Steps away from the beach. The beach set ups are a wonderful benefit of this place.

The unit was fabulous. It was well maintained, clean and had separate rooms and bathrooms for everyone. The unit had a well appointed kitchen with all of the items needed to prepare meals in the unit. The free beach chairs were a definite plus. In addition, the resort had so many amenities and everyone was polite and professional. I would definitely stay here again!

Dirty sheets and others don’t fit bed

We asked for sheets to fit the bed because the one on it was dirty with blood stains it took we didn’t get them for5 days and the bolt lock on door was broken we asked to get it fixed and it never got fixed

Everything was wonderful. The condo was just as the photos show. We like the location as it is walking distance to Pier Park. The facility is always well kept and the on sight personnel are always cheerful and helpful.

No Cancer Getaway

This property was perfect for us. We had 3 elderly parents, 2 young adult children, and then my wife and I. It fit all of our sleeping needs, restrooms, beach viewing area, and nearby attractions. The owner was over accommodating from the get go. It was originally a 4 person trip. Then, we had no one to watch my Mother in law, then our kids wanted to show up and surprise my mother who has been dealing with cancer. The owner just said, bring them on. I can’t say thank you enough.

Wonderful vacation rental

Our stay overall was great! The room was exactly as described and fit my family perfectly. We had everything we needed. All staff members were super nice and helpful. The resort was kept clean each day. The elevators do get slow at times especially on weekends when you have many people checking in and leaving. But that is the only negative comment I can say. My family and I had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Condo was nice, well equipped, clean, with comfortable beds. Only negative was very slow elevator service due to high volume of people. 30 minute wait at one point.staff was friendly and property was well maintained.

We stayed here the week of July 4th. The condo itself was perfect. Beautiful view and had everything we need. The only concern that we had was the elevators at the resort itself. We read reviews and spoke with people there that were not happy. But our experience with the elevators was not a big issue. The longest that we waited was probably 5 minutes. After staying here, we would definitely stay again.

Not a relaxing stay

Will not be returning!!! Elevators are a NIGHTMARE. You have to wait 45 mins on them if you have carts and beach stuff you can’t carry down 12-25 flights of stairs. Bedrooms are right next to the road and even being 12 floors up the noise of traffic. Keeps you awake at night. Not really that clean. Shoes were sticking to the floor the day we arrived. Wi-Fi is soooo slow. Tv in primary bedroom wouldn’t even connect to Wi-Fi so you couldn’t watch any tv in there. All smart tvs but you couldn’t use the apps on your phone or devices to cast on to tv it had to log in to each app specifically on the tv in living room. The resort management not ideal. They have beach police. They are on the beach every morning around 5:45am making sure all umbrellas and taller beach chairs are set up in the waterline v. Dry sand. While I understand it’s the approach and tone that comes off from the lady. She records you and takes pictures of you if you do not move immediately and threatens to fine your owner. While we were there the waterline was up and down without constancy so it was hard to set up and being in the water line made everyone stacked on top of one another as well as the people who walk on the beach had an obstacle course to go through. Overall the unit wasn’t terrible but the resort was.

Issues and suggestions

1. Didn’t know we had to pay a registration fee, 2. Never could figure out the tv and no instructions on how to watch daily tv programs 3. Remote in bedroom#2. Doesn’t work, probably needs batteries. 4. Carpet in living room was filthy dirty. Notified listing agent - they did send someone to clean it, but we had to spend the afternoon in the room, instead of being able to go to the beach 4. Washer doesn’t agatate, just sits there, then spins water out. 5. Toilet tanks need cleaning, stools always have black stuff in them 6. Bedspreads don’t fit the beds and both need to be washed. 7. Patio door doesn’t lock 8. Three ringer binder on tv council is useless. Needs information about the area, ie grocery stores, churches, things to do and tv instructions 9. Furnace vents are filthy However we enjoyed our stay , just a few issues.
