My family and I had the most wonderful stay at Beyond the Sea!!! We stayed in the house 2 years ago and it is still AMAZING! It is close to the pool, close to the Seacrest Beach Square, close to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, and the tram stop is at the house next to this one. We love this area of Florida and this house makes our trip special. There are toys for the kids, beach toys and beach items in the storage shed, and we love the screened in back porch where the adults play card games or dominoes every evening. Vicki makes certain all of our needs are met and is only a text or cell phone call away. Thank you for making this trip the best one yet!!!

This is our 3rd house in Seacrest and was probably our favorite. It is perfect for families with extended relatives or friends with children staying together. It was spacious and well organized and had every thing we could possibly have needed and more. The kitchen was will stocked with cooking utensils, pans, spices, etc. and even had ziplocks and aluminum foil. They also had some kids plates and plastic cups, which was much appreciated for use with our 4 children. They had tons of other items for kids as well like toys, games, high chair, beach toys etc. We were very comfortable and extremely appreciative of how well stocked everything was, especially compared to properties we've stayed at run by agencies that provide the bare minimum. The layout was also perfect for a large family or multiple families of adults staying with kids. Beds were comfy with plenty of extra pillows and blankets, rooms were nicely sized, and living room/dining had plenty of seating plus a nice screened in outdoor porch with additional seating. I would say the cleanliness could be improved because we found a few items left behind by other guests and there were some areas that needed more attention, but the host talked with her cleaner after our stay and apologized for the experience. Overall, the host was extremely helpful and responsive and we would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect family vacation

We loved our stay at Beyond the Sea. The beach house had everything we needed and more for a perfect beach vacation. Love the Seacrest neighborhood, pool and location. The house is well stocked and spacious, and overall just wonderful.

Wonderful second stay

This was our family’s second time staying at this house. We absolutely love the location and the amenities in the community. The pool, beach, tram and convenience to walking to Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach, and Alys Beach you just can’t beat. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Fabulous home!

The home is beautiful, equipped with everything you need, and in a perfect location. The owner was easy to reach, quick to respond, and so organized - check in/out was a breeze. We will definitely stay here again if we have an opportunity to return to Rosemary.

We had a lovely stay at beyond the sea and would recommend it to friends. The property was clean, comfortable, and had all the equipment/items for anyone’s cooking needs. I think we spent more time in the kitchen and dining area than anywhere in the house but the bedrooms were equally as nice. The bikes were a nice touch for the neighborhood but I especially liked the biking/running path as I was able to do a non-interrupted run to deer lake state park and back (9 miles if anyone wants to run it) The seacrest/seaside area does get really crowded with families as most people know but the public beaches are beautiful. I do wish Florida had a coastal commission that regulated beach access for the public and not just give priority to the developers and the rich but I think that’s another issue entirely. I will say that deer lake state park was probably my favorite thing to visit as it provided more of a natural scenic view rather and allowed for relaxation and great pics. The family had a great time and hope that anyone that reads this and books has a lovely time too.

Beautiful House

Beautiful home, tastefully, decorated and fully stocked. Great location, bikes for riding, and a short walk to shopping and dining. Trim service to the beach was very convenient as well. My only complaint is with the beach access. The section of the beach allotted for Secrest guests is very small and the fact that the umbrella and chair vendor sets up three rows regardless of whether they get rented or not takes up so much space on the beach, it was very difficult to find space if you brought your own chairs, which most houses in this neighborhood come with so why the vendor needs to set up so many doesn’t make sense and really takes away from the beach experience.

Family Vacation

We had an amazing vacation at Beyond the Sea 30A. It’s location was perfect, the home exceeded our expectations, and was comfortable for a relaxing time with family. Our adult children enjoyed the bikes, walking to restaurants, and the grandchildren loved the pool. We will definitely stay at Beyond the Sea again and recommend it for you and your family.

Wonderful Property! Wonderful Resort! Wonderful Vacation!

This property was awesome! We had 8 adults. The place was spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. Having all of the beach chair & umbrellas we needed was an added plus. We also enjoyed the 6 bikes they had. The Beach Tram service provided by the Seacrest Beach Resort was the icing on the cake. It was so convenient, timely and had plenty of room for the 8 of us and all of the beach stuff. The large pool at the Seacrest Resort is also an added plus. Very nice! We will definitely try to get this place again on our next family vacation to 30A.

Beautiful House

We enjoyed our stay here. The walk to the beach was about 8 minutes for adults...a few minutes longer with children ages 4-7. We mainly used the tram which arrived after a few minutes of waiting. The pool was just a couple minutes from the house. Convenient walk to several different restaurants, live music, beer/wine and ice cream which kept everyone happy. I should also note my gripes with the area. My only complaints had nothing to do with this home but was with some of the silly rules of the Seacrest neighborhood (only 1 point of entry into sand for beach shade, no drinks of any kind in the pool except clear bottles of water, adult swim). Also, the beach was very congested because, apparently, the beach area in front of beachfront homes is private property. All things considered, this was a great stay in a beautiful home. The space in the house was bigger than we expected based on pictures. There were tons of spices/oils/utensils/cookware which made it easy for the nights we stayed in. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking to stay in this area.

Beyond the Sea

Beyond the Sea was beyond our expectations! Many wonderful 2023 summer memories were made: chilling on the porch, visiting the lagoon pool, riding bikes, shopping the stores on 30A, playing on the beach, admiring the sunsets. Vicki and Phil were wonderful hosts. The house has everything you need and more! Great time!!

Perfect for trip with our teens!

This property was absolutely perfect for our trip to 30A. Everything was exactly as represented. If anything, the house is under-represented, as there are so many things that are just perfect. The kitchen is stocked with virtually everything you could possibly need. Everything worked perfectly. The grill was great for the couple of nights that we cooked in. Beds were clean and comfortable. The entire house was spotless. It truly is set up to be lived in and I cannot think of one thing I would change about the layout or Decor/furniture. The tram stop is literally one house to the right when you walk out of the front door. The pool is a very short walk to the left (a couple of blocks). A short tram ride to the beach access will put you on one of the most beautiful beaches you’ll see in Florida. There are tons of restaurants and happy hour spots within walking/biking distance. The bikes, umbrellas, chairs, and all other extras all worked perfectly, and were in good condition. Parking was a breeze both in front and back, even during high season. Overall, I cannot say enough about this property. Sitting on the screened in porch with the ceiling fan going and music playing was absolutely perfect for each evening. I would go back to this house in a heartbeat! Communication was perfect.
