Great for large parties and location is perfect!

This rental is perfect for large parties. We had 2 families staying in this property. This house is directly across from the pool and just minutes to the beach via the walkway. The property manager/owner is so responsive and easy to communicate with. The rental is located right between all the action in Rosemary and Alys Beach. Publix is a quick drive to grab essentials. We had a great stay! I would recommend this vacation rental and would return again.

Overall good experience. Easy access to pool, beach, and restaurants. House was not super clean, a towel left on porch from previous stay, there was a clogged sink upstairs, and random maintenance items like loose light switches / without screws, damaged interior door, etc.

Great location!!

This property was in the best location! Walking distance to Alys or Rosemary beach without the price tag. This house is near the entrance of the neighborhood. So it’s really close to the beach. It’s directly across from the pool. The kids pool is fantastic! There are a ton of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Very easy to book and check in. Highly recommend.

Our Family Easter Vacation 2025

The property was just as the pictures posted! It was perfect for our family of 11. The location was excellent and very close to everything. Made staying very nice for us with little ones. I highly recommend this house. You will enjoy every single moment while there. We will definitely return !!!!

Incredible Location and great overall experience!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunsplash at Seacrest Beach. The location of the property couldn't have been any better. You are walking distance from many restaurants, the beach, the pool, bicycle rental, and just about anything else you can think of. In the main living area, you can open the big doors up in the front and just enjoy the fresh air! We had ample room for everyone and we were comfortable. The only reason for a "4" rating is that the house is a little worn in spots. The owner was attentive and dealt with any issues we had. It was very clean, just worn in some areas. He continues to invest in the property and it is evident. For example, he has just invested in the bathrooms and floors. Overall, it was good value for the location and we would consider staying there again!

It doesn’t get much better than this…

Sunsplash exceeded our expectations! To start off, the host provided all the info we needed, and was prompt in responding to any questions we had. The home was absolutely amazing! I won’t go room by room, but it was clean, beautifully decorated and we felt like we were at home. Enough space for two families to live comfortably. The pool was beautiful and the beach was a very short walk. There were lots of shops within walking distance and everyone was so polite. We couldn’t have asked for a better home or location. The host was great and we would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Great location

Had a fabulous week at Sunsplash! Greg was responsive to texts, calls, and emails prior to our arrival and very accommodating. The house had new flooring and fresh paint. The kitchen was very well equipped. We all loved being so close to the pool, shops, and restaurants. The short walk to the beach was easy. The beach was packed. We got there at 6:15 most mornings to stake our spot near the water. The pictures online need to be updated. I understand the floors and paint are new and the owner probably hasn't had a chance to show that in the pictures. The kitchen cabinets don't look anything like the pics. I would have like to have seen more pictures of the interior of the house rather than the exterior, common areas, or general area (pool, beach, peddlers pavilion). It was difficult to identify which bedrooms were masters. There were pictures of only 2 of the bathrooms. There were some beach chairs and beach toys available for our use. The extra large washer and dryer were great. Loved the outside shower.

No dryer for 4.5 days First floor bedroom no black out curtains for bright street light, no black out curtains in any room, security wagon flashing lights at night come on brightly Carpet in first floor bedroom,worn out and dirty 3rd floor tumble bed broken wood frame Very limited plastic bowls and plates for kids Few normal size spoons One very old and burnt cookie sheet Shabby looking in need of painting and mud repairs for nicks and holes in walls Black mold on first floor mirror in bathroom We expected better for what we paid and asked to be compensated to the management

Enjoyed

We enjoyed the location to all things! Beach, pool, and eateries are all very walkable. Great recommendations in the binder. Layout was perfect and the rooftop patio was a nice hang in the evening! Upon arrival, we did have to wipe down counters and sweep. The kitchen must have been missed. Coffee on the front porch was peaceful. Siding could use a sweep with all the webs. Loved having laundry on site! Overall, we enjoyed!

Wonderful week in the Sunsplash!

House was in a perfect location- pool across the street, stores/restaurants a few minutes walk away & easy access to tram to get to the beach! We had a great time cooking in the kitchen, relaxing on the couch and utilizing the fun beach toys/chairs. I would definitely recommend staying at this house to other friends and would come back again! Thanks for letting us make memories in your home!

Fun at the Beach

The property is in a great location. The property manager responded very quickly to our concerns. The house was not clean at all. Bathrooms were terrible. By reading the description I was under the impression there were four mater bedrooms but there were only two master bedroom and a total of four bathrooms.

This house was the PERFECT house and location for our annual family vacation!! So clean!! Nice owners!! House is very close to the pool so it was perfect to go back and forth for snacks and naps!! Definitely recommend! We will be back!!

Great location and great house

This was our second stay at Sunsplash. Owner is very communicative and responsive and the house is in a perfect location - just a few minutes walk to the beach and all that Seacrest, Alys, and Rosemary have to offer. The house has very comfortable beds, a kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies, and lovely porches for hanging out. We will be back.

Summer Vacation

Nothing but great things to say about the property! The location is fantastic with a short easy walk to the beach and the pool is literally right across the street. With small children this is great for breaks and such because it is so easy to get back to the house and eat or rest. We have been to Florida 10 years now for summer break and this was by far the best location we have been too. We also enjoyed the fact that everything you need is within walking distance minus the grocery store but it is only a few minute drive. A close second the the location was the communication with the owners. They were great to work with and extremely fast to respond to questions. Thanks for a great trip and we will try and come back for sure!

Great location near pool, Peddler’s Pavilion, and beach access point. Easy process with owner and everything was as represented. Loved porches and it was nice to have beach supplies available. Beds were very comfortable. Weather was a little chilly so wish pool was heated.
