Needs some work

Good location except that the private beach for this development is very crowded compared to those surrounding it. I’d choose another location for this reason alone. House is fine, but needs a deep cleaning, dusting and cleaning in and around the air vents. Overall the place fell short of my expectations for the price range.

We love staying in this neighborhood. We have stayed in several villas here. We were able to bring our dogs and they enjoyed it as well. It was very close to the beach, and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.A few things I would note...if you have issues getting up and down stairs then this is not the place for you as there is no bedroom on the first floor. Plenty of bathrooms; one on the first floor and two on the second. If you are an active person, this location is the place to be because there are tons of sidewalks right next to rosemary and alys beach.

Mother-Son Spring Break Trip

The house, location, amenities, communication- everything was outstanding. Quick walk to pool/beach and so so many shops and restaurants all within walking distance. We didn’t need to rent a car!

Relaxing Stay at Sunset Seeker

Location, location, location this house has it. Near the pool and beach access. The house has a wonderful outdoor space on the lower level to sit and chill and bedroom balconies to sit and read a book. Guarded gaited community that when you exited is located close to restaurants, Publix, CVS and one of a kind boutiques. I would return again.

30 A getaway

Another fun week at 30 A! Great food, shopping and accommodations. The weather wasn’t the best for hitting the beach but we still enjoyed some time in the sand. Can’t wait to come back!

Cozy villa

It was a great stay! The property is clean and looks like the pictures. It is very close to the beach. Private driveway which was a plus. The courtyard is completely enclosed which was lovely for my dog. 10/10 would recommend.

This location was exactly what we needed for 2 parents with 2 young kids. Great location close to the beach and everything we wanted to go to. Very well maintained property with great amenities. Highly recommended.

Perfect location

Proximity to the beach can't be beat! We had everything we needed (kitchen included coffee filters, salt and pepper) and we loved the balcony and courtyard w/ grill. Thanks for a nice stay. We wished we had brought our dog!

Awesome beach house!!!

Literally, EVERYTHING was Amazing!! Beautiful house and stay! We are So coming back. Two minute walk to the beach. Everything was cozy, clean, and like being in our own place. ❤️❤️. We had a wonderful week here and it was truly beautiful!

Good property - exactly as advertised. Super close to the beach - really nice. Only drawback is that beach is by far the most crowded in the area - could not rent chairs (all gone) and had to fight for space on area without rental chairs.

Winter Weekend Getaway

Great get away for my husband and our 2 dogs. From the beginning communication was great to clarify our booking through checkout. Location is so convenient to access the beach or walk to nearby restaurants shopping. Would definitely book this again!

Beautiful great location

The house was very nice and clean. The location is just perfect, only two minutes walk from the beach. There were just a couple of minor issues. 1) some chipped off China, and 2) the internet router was periodically turning itself off and had to be rebooted. Other than that, our stay was amazing!

Clean and close to beach

I was very impressed with how clean the house was when I check in… Also it’s about three minutes walk to the beach which was awesome to be able to come back and forth if needed. Would definitely stay there again
