This house was wonderful. Clean and well stocked kitchen. Fabulous location to the beach. We love this neighborhood.--pools, tennis/pickleball courts. We would definitively stay here again.

One of the best houses we have stayed at in the Carillon Community. Highly recommend. We have a family of 5 and it was absolutely perfect. The proximity to beach access was great and our host, Courtney, was helpful, attentive and very knowledgeable of all things Carillon!

Absolutely loved our stay here. We have stayed at several properties in Carillon over the years and this by far is my favorite. Super cute and recently updated. Everything we could need in the kitchen was provided, which I find to be rare. Great location on property too. Will book again!

Fantastic!

We loved our stay here. Courtney was very responsive and helpful. The house is set up great for kids with the bunk room and some games/toys in the living room. Everything was very clean and nice. They provided ample paper towels, garbage bags, soap, etc. The check out process was also really great as there is really minimal cleaning they ask for at check out. She was also kind enough to let us know the house was ready early, which is so helpful with young kids. We would definitely stay here again as the house is conveniently located near beach, pool, and downtown Carillon. The beach was great and not crowded!

Perfect house and amazing porch

We had an amazing stay at Summer Magic. The house was spotless clean, the kitchen is perfectly stocked with all the gear to cook great meals (just bring your own spices), and the porch is the ultimate space for enjoying meals and hanging out after a day at the beach.

Summer Magical!

This was our second time staying at this house. It is such a perfect beach house for our family of four—so clean, great proximity to the beach walkover, and thoughtfully stocked with essentials, including fun family games and puzzles. I have only wonderful things to say about Summer Magic! We would definitely return here again.

Wonderful stay at Summer Magic!

We enjoyed the house & Carillon beach & community. Summer Magic is so well appointed & clean- comfortable beds & everything you need to cook a nice dinner. Enjoyed coffee & a book on the spacious screened in porch. Courtney was responsive, helpful, and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend Summer Magic!! A magical stay at summer magic!

This property deserves more than 5 stars! This house is impeccable. The whole house was clean, had a stocked kitchen of utensils, cutting boards, and containers, and the beds were comfortable and bath towels soft. They even provided pool towels that were thick. The house is a quick 1 min walk to a beach walkover and a couple minute walk to all the pools. I hope this review doesn’t jinx us in not being able to book the house again because it becomes so popular! We will definitely stay here again!

So pleased!

Summer Magic is a beautifully decorated and super functional beach home with a fantastic layout ! We loved the location as well since it is a short walk to the bell tower, basketball court/pool as well as to the beach. The living area has more than enough room for a large family to watch a movie and the kitchen comfortably seats a large family as well. The kitchen is fully stocked. Everything you would need including a blender, muffin pan, 2 types of coffee makers, croc pot, 4 slot toaster… it has it all! The beds are very comfortable with beautiful linens. We loved the thoughtfulness of monogrammed beach towels and so many board games. Summer Magic is impeccably clean! We can’t wait to book for next year!!

Perfect stay

We have stayed in carillon several times and really love this community for a beach trip with our young children. The property is beautiful, as described, pictures are up to date, very clean. The price is on par for the condition and attention to detail of the home. The paper products, cleaning supplies, and beach towels were more than adequate for our week stay. I personally loved the house was not filled with random condiments, oils, butters, etc, that you sometimes find in vacation rentals. Some people may miss this, but it’s hard to know what’s cleaned and how pervious users have kept those things germ free. We really appreciated the check out process, it didn’t feel as though we were being asked to clean the entire house while also paying a cleaning fee. The beach chairs closer to the water were a nice touch. We enjoyed them much more than the bulky lounges farther from the water. We would love to come back to this property. 10/10
