The house is accurately depicted in the posted photos. It was clean. The teens and I enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage. Everyone slept well. The pool is directly behind the house, which made it easier for me to relax on the porch and watch the teens. On 7/7/22, I called the Host because the A/C stopped working. Less than 2 hours later, while at the water park, the maintenance guy Michael called and said he was at the house to fix the problem. He called me back and left a message stating he fixed the A/C; he even left me his cell phone # in case I needed to call him back. Later that night about 10:30pm, the A/C went out again and I called Micheal. He was very responsive. He came and fixed the A/C. Before leaving, he told me would be off on Friday and Saturday but if I needed him before he left to go out of town on Friday morning, to call him. The A/C went out again about 1:30am but I did not want to be a bother to Michael. On 7/8 about 8:20am, I called Michael and left a message that the A/C had stopped working. He texted me at 8:37am to let me know he would send someone. Another maintenance person came within 2 hours and fixed the A/C. We checked out on 7/9 and did not have any issues after the 3rd fix. It would have been nice to receive some type of "discount" but I didn't expect one because it's noted in the rental contract that refunds or rate adjustments are not made for unforeseen failures.
