Great Location

Close to the beach and town. We had a large family gathering and could not have been happier. We had an issue with the pool, and within 5 minutes from sending a text message we had someone on-site to take care of it. Just based on the customer service alone I cannot recommend enough. The house was clean and super convenient for accessing the beach, and restaurants in town.

Great location very close to the beach

We had an incredible time at this house with our family and children. The location is extremely close to the beach, and the pool is exceptionally convenient. I highly recommend this house for a family vacation.

Great family get away

Plenty of space for all especially teens & parents. Primary bedroom on 3rd level was excellent for grandparents. Bunk in 3rd flr was perfect for our 11 yr old his own space away from teen sisters who had bunk area to themselves. Had everything we needed in kitchen. Throughly enjoyed pool especially 3 yr old on non-beach days. Only one concern was 3rd level right vanity lights had either bad light switch or connection. Will definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation in Inlet Beach

The house was a magnificent size for our family — parking was also great since our big group came in 4 vehicles. There were plenty of beds and space when not on the beach or exploring the panhandle. The pool was a tad small, but all the kids enjoyed it everyday. We had some power issues (flickering and temporary loss of power throughout trip), noted that the kitchen had reliable utensils to eat with but not cook with (some rusted pots and pans), and that the dryer tore through several garments of clothing. Despite these issues, an overall enjoyable trip.

Enjoyed our stay!

This is the second time staying at ss serenity, so we obviously like the property! The property manager communicated effectively and sent someone out immediately when we had an issue with the ice maker. Beach towels and chairs were lacking, so be prepared to bring those if you have a larger party.

Great stay!

Really enjoyed the house! kids room was the best space, they loved it! Would recommend a chain door guard as the little ones knew how to open and would try to sneak out. Insulation limited, so able to hear noises through the house, particularly with rambunctious little ones. Plenty of bathrooms and outdoor areas to hang out. Pool was a nice, unfortunately heater was broken but owner was very kind and quick to help handle refund. Walk to the beach is short and is in a great location with restaurants and shops nearby. Would stay again and recommend to others!

Basic utilities not in good working order

During our one week stay, we had to have an electrician, plumber, and hvac repairman come. The fridge stopped working with hundreds of dollars of groceries in it because we tried to run the dishwasher and the coffee maker at the same time. It was just a tripped fuse but when that was fixed multiple electrical outlets in the home stopped working. Finally got that fixed and realized the air-conditioner on the bottom floor was no longer working. In addition to this the bottom floor bathroom that services one queen bedroom, one king bedroom, and 3 sets of bunk beds wouldn’t drain. Inches of disgusting water would sit on the floor of the shower for 6-12 hours making it unusable. The second floor bathroom was slow to drain as well. We notified the property manager of the issue soon after arrival and was advised to use draino which did not work. Eventually the plumber had to come. In the meantime, 3 adults and 5 children were having to shower a floor up or outside. The property manager was very responsive and repair people came quickly but it was stressful and uncomfortable managing all of this on what should have been a vacation. I reached out to the property manager to let them know of our dissatisfaction and have yet to be offered any sort of recompense for our troubles. The house itself is ok. The interior is dated in places but overall nice. The decks and back porch are in poor shape. This property is not as close to the beach as we thought. It’s literally in the middle of a very large block (you take a driveway between and past houses to get to the house) so you have to walk about a half a block away from the beach to get to the road, a half a block down that street to wall st, then a block and a half down wall st to get to the beach access. In pictures it looks like it’s a block from the beach but the only access is wall st. Also the beach to the west of the beach access is private so we had to come stake a claim around 6am to avoid having to carry all of our things even further and/or sit a few rows back from the actual water. If you pay for beach chair/umbrella service they won’t put them out until you are physically there and imply they will remove them if no one is there for thirty minutes unless you tip them. There are peek a boo ocean views but there is construction on the lot directly in between so probably not for much longer as all the new builds in the area are 3-4 stories. We will not be returning.

the house was great, location to the beach was great

the house worked great for us, there were 10 of us, there were no issues with bedrooms, bathrooms or the living area. the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans & silverware. The pool was very nice. the location to the beach and restaurants was great.

Perfect for our group

The home was just as described and great for our group of girls. One thing to note, it is very loud for people in the bunk room once anyone upstairs is awake and moving, you also cannot leave the home without walking in that room. Something to keep in mind!

Nice pool, walkable location with kids

We stayed over New Year’s as a family of four (5 and 7 yo). We wanted our own pool due to covid and finding an appropriately sized house with pool is difficult in the 30A area. As a result, this house was bigger than we needed but checked our boxes of private pool and walking distance to beach and town. The house is as described and suitable to a couple families. I cannot imagine piling in as many people as they can sleep there, but I guess some people wouldn’t mind. The bathroom situation is not set up for 18 in our opinion (or even close to that). We actually slept in one of the ground floor bedrooms, so as to be on the same floor as our kids, who wanted to sleep in the bunk room. As a result, I sort of felt like we stayed in a basement the whole time. Someone with older kids could’ve stayed in the master, two floors higher, and probably not felt that way. We liked the pool although I wish they’d prorate the pool heating fee for short stays. It was heated to 90 though, which was great since we visited in December. The location is good. We could walk with our kids to downtown Rosemary and to the beach. The nearest beach access is probably 5 minutes walk and town is 10. There were only a couple rusty beach chairs and a couple noodles at the house, so I’d suggest to bring your own. We didn’t do much cooking but the what we used worked fine. I wish they’d give a disposable sponge or something to wash pans. We knew to bring our own dish soap as none was provided, but had to use a dish towel to wash a pan. Management was responsive and check-in was easy with a code on the door. Check out wasn’t bad, emptying trash cans and piling up the towels, but we didn’t have to strip beds or wash anything. The cleaning crew arrived on the dot at 10am on our day of checkout. It’s a perfectly nice unit, but we probably prefer something a little more upscale overall. It’s very shabby chic and feels like a rental. I think for the right group, this is probably a great property, but it was probably wasn’t quite right for us.

Bring your own supplies

If you are staying for more then one day, bring your own supplies such as paper towels, detergent, toilet paper etc. Location is great, enough space, bedding is clean, kitchen utensils and dishes not so much...

It was serene

Very nice property with a good location. If you choose this property, you need to bring a kitchen sponge, additional paper towels and possibly toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and batteries for the remotes. The a/c works great and I loved the screened in balcony since the mosquitoes are happy to see you. Also loved the pool for our little ones, it was perfect.

Perfect for 3 families!

We enjoyed our stay. 6 adults 5 kids under 12 and a teen. The kids loved having a room that they could all bunk together and had there own area to hang in. The adults loved the separation from the kids noise. A close walk to the beach and a bike ride to the shops.

Great house!

We loved this house! We all slept so great because the beds were so comfy! Our 8 year old especially loved the bunk beds in the little room in the primary bedroom especially with the TV just right for the top bunk! We would stay here again!

Sugar Sands

We had a wonderful vacation. Everything was exactly the way it was explained. The house was immaculate and spacious. The beach was close and beautiful. Walking to shops was handy and the pool was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. I would recommend highly.
