What an Amazing slice of Heaven!

It is hard to put into words just how beautiful this home and the location is! Our family of seven found ourselves scrambling when a hurricane chased us away from the East Coast at the last minute. We found this at the last minute and This home turned lemons into the best glass of lemonade we have ever had! When we walked in, it took our breath away with its warm design and impeccable furniture that is beautiful, extremely comfortable, and functional. Our kids LOVED the well-designed bunk room! The backyard and pool is truly a sanctuary and a step away from reality! We feel incredibly blessed to have been able to stay here for a week! Not only is Big Palm a 2 minute walk to the beach, it has everything you need to enjoy the beach! Thank you to the owners for thinking of every single single detail. The kitchen was stocked perfectly and the backyard is an oasis. We loved watching our children read in the different parts of the yard whether it was the hammock or just lying in the grass or one of the many spots to stretch. And our days at the beach were perfectly complete in the wonderful pool. Having the bikes at our disposal was awesome. Words cannot describe just how breathtaking this home and property is. We will be back as soon as we can! And a huge thank you to Shawna who made our stay even more complete! She was so communicative and welcoming to our family! This home just has it all! Thank you so much for giving us the most perfect week away from reality.

Awesome Big Palm Little Palm

Big Palm Little Palm was lovely in every way! Great location (easy walk to the beach), beautifully furnished, refreshing pool and fabulous outdoor areas to dine and relax. Loved the privacy of the carriage house for my husband and me. All the tropical landscaping was awesome. Like being at a 5 Star resort! BPLP was perfect for our family of seven adults and three small children. It is by far the best place we have ever rented on 30A. I am already wishing to come back!!

Best rental ever

Wow! The best decorated, landscaped, best-appointed rental house we’ve ever stayed in. Property managers were incredibly responsive and kind. Everything we wanted was in this house. Pool and patio area is like a resort. Steps from the beach isn’t just a marketing line-it’s location is maybe a one minute walk to the adult of Mexico. Stay here-it’s superb! Thank you, owners, for making it available to us!

Big Palm Little Palm

Online listing was very accurate. Easy access to the beach. The home was equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy a day by the pool and the beach. The backpack beach chairs and outdoor showers with hot water were a plus. The property is private and beautifully landscaped. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book this property again. We had a few questions and the property manager was quick to respond and was very helpful.

Great Location

We enjoyed being so close to the beach and being away from the HOA crowd. Wish the property had beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. We had to buy them and give them away right after. Also, there is no access to the garage.

A truly beautiful place

We spent two weeks at this home and loved every day. It’s clean, big, and a paradise! My wife and I are clean freaks and we were impressed with how beautifully decorated the place is and the pool and fenced in yard are a paradise!

ONE OF THE BEST VACATION RENTALS

A group of friends and I stayed at this amazing home for 4 days and the only regret we had was that we didn't stay longer. The home has been beautifully renovated with high-end designer features and furniture and you can not beat the location and proximity to the beach. This home's area is incredibly gorgeous and is perfect to hop on the bikes and cruise around looking at all of the amazing homes. The home was equipped with everything you would need in terms of towels, dishes, blankets, etc. There is so much space to spread out in the main home along with the guest house that you never feel cramped. All of the bedrooms are large in size and offer private bathrooms. You won't be disappointed that you booked this vacation rental. We will definitely be back!

What a beautiful home! Well finished with a TON of beautiful and usable outdoor space! All the beds in the home are wonderfully comfortable, the home is decorated with top notch touches. We were very surprised at how much better the home is then the pictures are able to represent! We will definitely be back!

Great Location

Great vacation property. A little pricey, but it’s a big house (with a pool) and it’s close to beach access. Management company was good about letting us know, in advance, about unique issues or pre-existing maintenance issues. There were 9 of us (all family) and we had a great time and a great house.

4th of July Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. Check in was super easy. The house was very clean and you can’t beat the location! We had six children on our trip and getting to/from the beach was very easy and they loved coming back in for a swim in the pool. It was perfect!

Gorgeous property

House and courtyard are beautiful! Very well done and thoughtful remodel. 1 minute walk to beach access. Kitchen is well appointed. Large TVs in every room. Ice maker saved many trips to the store. Beverage/wine fridge worked incredibly well. Sub-zero fridge left a little too be desired temp-wise, but fridge in the guest house work well. Managementt was very responsive.

Great house, great location

From booking to check out, communication was excellent and the property was better than anticipated. While the pictures are good, the property “shows” even better in person. The location was steps from beach access and a short bike ride to other 30a attractions like the Hub. The courtyard/pool area was serene, comfortable, and a nice amenity for our children. The carriage house was great for my in-laws to get a break from the bustle but not too remote for them to feel disconnected. We will certainly consider a return trip to this property as it is beautifully appointed and a wonderful location. The management company was easy to work with and the owners have created a beautiful property for relaxing and enjoying time at the beach.
